I’m a Rover user myself and I know the challenges of finding just the right pet care for my two pets. I hope I can help you by providing a quiet and calm, fun and safe environment so you can enjoy your time away from your furry friends. I prefer smaller ( 40 pounds or less) dogs and homes with a fenced in yard for play and exercise. I will consider larger dogs if they are extremely calm and you have a fenced in yard.

At this time, I’m available for overnight House sitting in your home and Drop in visits! I’m very flexible about overnight house sitting so it is important to fully discuss your needs ahead of time, Typically, I am at your house 5:00 pm - 8:00 am. A Drop in visit can be 30 minutes for a quick stay or 60 minutes for extra time. During our initial Meet and Greet, it is important to talk about all your pets’ needs so we can determine the best schedule. If your pet has medical needs these should be discussed at the Meet and Greet and should be printed out in detail. I am only able to give medicine to dogs or cats who take it easily with their snack, meals or with a pill pocket.

A typical day
I will keep your pets on the schedule you prefer so there is an easy transition while you are away. I enjoy playing with dogs several times per day: throwing a ball or stick, running around the yard or just playing fetch in the house. I enjoy hanging out in your fenced backyard. If you are a cat owner, I’ll give your cat plenty of attention and cuddles. Oftentimes, you just want someone around to be present while you are away on a trip.

Our spoiled, social cat seemed happy when we got home. We especially appreciated Kelly’s notes about her stay, as well as daily texts and photos. Kelly did a very good job caring for my Sammy and Lucy. I was facing a very difficult situation, as I could not cancel a 15-day overseas trip due to family obligations, and just before I left, Sammy’s illness suddenly took a turn for the worse. Kelly stepped in with compassion, patience, and dedication during an emotionally overwhelming time. I am deeply grateful that she continued to show Sammy love, comfort, and special care when others may have given up because of his rapid decline and increasing needs. My kitties are normally very easy to care for, but this was an extraordinarily difficult period for both me and Sammy. Thanks to Kelly, Sammy’s remaining time will be filled with peace, comfort, and love, and for that I will always be thankful.
Kelly was great and very easy to work with. She is communicative, and was able to care for my cats’ extra needs that they have. Would book again!
Kelly was really kind and caring towards our kitty billi. She spent the weekend cuddling with him, playing with him and even got up early to play with him after his zoomies! She kept us updated on how he was doing and shared details of their day together and pictures which we really appreciated. We came home to a happy healthy kitty. Would highly recommend Kelly!
