“Becca is absolutely wonderful with our 4-year-old dog! You can immediately tell that she has years of experience and genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Her communication was excellent, she was always punctual, and she sent us plenty of photos from her visit, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We especially appreciated that she was able to put booties on our dog to help protect his paws from the summer heat. They can be a little finicky to get on, so we were very impressed that she handled them so easily! She also set out the treats we left for him so he’d have something to nibble on after she left. Overall, Becca was reliable, attentive, caring, and clearly went above and beyond to make sure our dog was happy and comfortable. We came home to a very happy pup, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We highly recommend Becca and would absolutely book her again.”

“Summerlyn is an INCREDIBLE dog & cat sitter. She visited before we booked her and she was so incredibly good with our animals, including those that are more wary towards strangers. She’s highly communicative and has such a loving personality with pets. We could not recommend her more!”

“My cat has always had a fantastic experience with Morgan! Communication was prompt and professional with pictures of my cat. Highly recommend Morgan for your cat sitting needs!”

“Kennede was great again visiting my cats while I was traveling. Updates and photos are so nice to see and to know that they are well taken care of. Thank you again Kennede!”

“Ryan is the best! He is very communicative and sends lots of pictures while we’re away. We always feel safe and comfortable with him watching our fur kids. Thanks Ryan!”

“Carol… what can I say? She’s an incredible human. This sounds dramatic, but believe me when I say she came through for our very senior and high-maintenance boy when we needed her the most. We had lots of special instructions and the whole time assured us it was no problem and she would be able to handle it. 10/10 on communication, as well. She let us know right away that our A/C wasn’t working, and kept us up to date daily while we were out of town. We will call on her for all of our doggies needs from here on out. Thanks Carol!! ❤️”

“Kathy always takes great care of our cat. I would highly recommend her. She provides thorough updates and spends a good amount of time with our cat each visit.”

“Sara communicated super well and sent me a lot of photos when she stopped in to check on my pups. It was a huge stress relief knowing they were being taken care of. Thank you!”
“Heather has watched my pets twice now and I will definitely be keeping her! She takes great care of the furries, leaves me detailed notes and asks questions. Love having her!”

“Shelbi was SO amazing with our dog and cat. She went totally above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable that our pets were in the best care possible. We will absolutely be using her services again.”

“Megan was awesome - she was super communicative, patient, and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible while I was out of town. As my pup is starting to get a bit older, his anxiety has increased. Megan understood that and she made sure to maintain his routine to a tee and made sure he was eating properly, making it feel like I wasn’t gone at all. I would highly recommend her and would gladly book again. Thanks!!”
“Alex did drop in visits for me on a long work day. He did everything as requested and was so kind to Josie! Great updates and photos. I will absolutely hire him again. Thank you, Alex!”

“Amy does such an amazing job checking in on my boys while I’m at work. While of course she attends to their basic needs, she also makes sure that they get the perfect balance of outside play time and snuggle time. I feel so relieved knowing that my boys are in good hands with her!”

About: I grew up working at the SPCA for many years as a dog walker and care taker, and I have also had the privilege of growing up with dogs my entire life. Now, I work at a barn with horses, donkeys, cats, and many many dogs! I am very responsible and know how to quickly handle any situation. I am an animal person at heart, and I am specifically good at connecting with dogs. Not only with this be fun for your dog, but also for me, as I enjoy being outdoors, getting exercise, and spending time with animals. Thank you for trusting me with a part of your loving family. I currently work remote so I am able to fit walks or drop ins to my flexible schedule. Stepping away from computer work to spend time with some animals? Sign me up! I have two loving and friendly, but rather big dogs at home, so I am good at handling larger animals that require more attention. I am attentive and will keep your home exactly how you left it.
“Lauren is so great with our cat, giving her meds and making sure she’s eating. Lauren even rolled out our trash cans on trash day- it’s so great to know we can go on vacation and have things so we’ll taken care of!”

About: I've grown up around various breeds of dogs, cats, and a few different animals in between! I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. What sets me apart is the genuine care and attention I give each pet. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and preferences so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I have experience with senior dogs and medication giving as well. Communication is key, therefore you'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages after each visit or walk if preferred. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I'm happy to tailor my care to their individual needs and happy to meet you and your fur baby in advance. I'm reliable, patient, and detail-oriented, and I'll treat your pets like they're my own. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away with confidence, knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands. During the week most of my availability is afternoons/evenings and occasional mornings. My work schedule is sporadic! On most weekends when I'm not working, my day is pretty much open! Reach out with days and times and we can see if we can find a way! Unfortunately, we had to make one of the toughest decisions of letting our Sargey boy go this past June. In my heart, I am not ready to start over quite yet but would love to be an honorary dog friend! I truly enjoy getting out for some sunlight and fresh air and would love for your pup to join me or if your pet prefers a round of fetch that is perfectly ok as well!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Morrison
Marina was absolutely amazing, we had a few tummy issues with our girl cat before having to leave out of the country and Marina just put us at such ease. She’s very thorough and a great communicator! She’s definitely going to be a go-to person here. We just moved to Denver so we don’t have a lot of people we can rely on, I’m grateful we crossed paths with her!

Shelly and Matthew were fantastic! I could immediately tell they were animal people upon meeting them and introducing them to my cat. I knew they would give lots of love to my cat while we were away and they did - you could tell from the communication and the photos shared. We will be using them again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
