“Danielle was an absolutely fantastic sitter for our cats while we were away! She made sure to give all the details of how they were doing and sent lots of great pics. She was also easy to communicate with and answered any questions right away. We will be using Danielle as our go-to sitter in the future! Highly recommend!”

“Alyssa did an amazing job looking after our 2 cats, who have to be kept separately right now, while we were out of town. We appreciated the regular photos and updates, and the fact she was willing to give them both attention and play time separately. We will definitely ask Alyssa to look after our kitties again!”

“This was our second time booking Sterling for a longer trip, and once again, she made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She’s attentive, affectionate, and clearly cares deeply for our cat. It’s such a relief knowing our pet is in such capable and loving hands. Reliable, kind, and someone we’ll definitely continue to book for future travels.”

“Maya did an outstanding job watching our pup, and her amazing care gave us such a peace of mind while we were away! She sent lots of pictures which we absolutely loved. She will definitely be our go to sitter moving forward!! Thanks so much Maya!”

About: I can’t imagine life without pets! I’ve always had several! I’ve seen puppy achievements to senior ailments and everything in between. No two are alike! I can administer medications, I have done this many times. Dogs and cats both. Yes, I have done the cat stages too!! Kittens to senior cats. Since I was 7 I’ve had one as my own. They are awesome unique creatures. I love them! As an adult I always have 2 🙂 I am not working outside of the home. Therefore my schedule allows me to be very flexible to allow for pet care! I’m available to stay with your pets during a housesit as much or as little as you prefer. I’m also flexible for drop-in care! I’m available during the week days which can be especially helpful for a puppy or senior pet ❤️ As I care for pets in your home I will keep them to the schedule you provide me. I will be sure they are fed on time and walked as you instruct me to and so forth. Keeping them as close to their normal routines is important for them to feel safe and happy. 😊 If your normal routine is “no routine” that’s great too!! I’ll do what makes you feel the best leaving your pet in my care.
“Glory took such great care of our cats, Nova and Lyla! She sent lots of updates and photos, which we really appreciated. She was very patient with Nova, who can be a bit anxious and wary of new people, and handled her perfectly. She played with them, fed them dinner, and made sure they were happy and comfortable while we were away. We’d absolutely recommend her and would love to have her help again anytime!”

“Can I give 20 stars? Maia was a new sitter for "Mr Moose" and I was nervous to say the least, because my other two normal sitters that I use on Rover, weren't available. From the second we did the initial meet-up to see if she would be a good fit or not, I knew he was going to be in great hands! Fast forward to having such detailed notes everyday, with videos and fantastic pictures, Maia quickly became my new top sitter! During our trip a couple of unexpected issues came up, and she handled them perfectly making sure Moose was taken care of and the top priority! I couldn't be happier with Maia!! She even bought Moose a new toy, how wonderful is that??? I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with Maia in the future!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! (PS...Moose said thank you too!!)”

“Samantha is awesome!! Super responsive and easy to schedule with, and she took excellent care of our two goldendoodles. She even got them out for a walk despite the cold and snowy weather!! We will definitely be booking with Samantha again!!!”

About: I am an animal lover through and through. As someone who has many animals myself, whom I consider my family, I will provide care for your animals in the same way I would for my own. I have had pets my entire life, and I have worked with many animal rescues over the years. I am skilled at subtle animal communication and can accommodate animals with behavioral issues. I work part time from home at the moment so I am very flexible and can spend as much time a needed with your pet. I will update you when I arrive. I am also happy to send a photo and can share anything needed while I was caring for your pet. I will follow all instructions you provide. I work best with clear, detailed instructions.
“My cat has always had a fantastic experience with Morgan! Communication was prompt and professional with pictures of my cat. Highly recommend Morgan for your cat sitting needs!”

About: I've taken care of and been around dogs my whole life. I've personally had dogs that I've trained, loved, and cared for from puppyhood to end of life senior care and would love to use this spectrum of experience to give your dogs the care and attention they deserve. While my own dogs have been smaller breeds of Bichons and a Corgis, I have plenty of time invested in caring for larger breed dogs with a wide variety of temperaments. I am an active person myself and would love to keep your dog happy and healthy! Caring for animals has been part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. Checking in on a pet's needs or simply giving them frequent love and attention are second nature to me. My schedule allows for genuine flexibility to give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently do not have any pets of my own, so I am free and open to treat every dog like they're my own, whether it be a simple midday walk or overnight stay! Whether I'm caring for a pet in your home, or just stopping by for a walk, my commitment to making you and your dog feel safe and happy remains the same. I will follow the owner's establish routines, command words, and schedules as closely as possible as that consistency is what keeps pets calm and happy. In your home I will treat the space with total respect, sticking to feeding schedules, walking routes, and any rules set, including for myself. I can provide as many or as little updates as you prefer, and welcome any questions to make this a mutually beneficial relationship.
About: My first sibling was my dog Casie and I’ve loved them ever since. I have had 30lb mixes to 120lb Newfoundland’s. I have been through the best and worst days with my dogs and will bring that same care and attention to yours whether they just need to run at the park or their pills and eye drops. I am a young professional who grew up in Colorado and have been in DC for 2 1/2 years now teaching civics and policy to students. I love going for bike rides, concerts, or whichever street fair is happening next. I’m happy to walk, play, visit, feed, or stay with your dogs as needed. Will be timely, communicative, and respectful of you and your dog’s needs. Have been walking and house sitting for people’s dogs since highschool. Thanks and looking forward to keeping your dogs happy and healthy. Working full time till mid August, then classes start end of the month. Hours will be very mixed, but I have a car to get around. I will be fully attentive to them, playing or petting to their content. Just like a child, I would keep an eye on them and make sure I knew where they were at all times. Always keeping an eye on the last time they were out and that their water bowl is full. Otherwise, happy to be around and have them sitting nearby.

“We have been extremely impressed with Matt so far! He has been helping us with our pup for an extended period of time and he has been nothing but great. He’s consistently on time, communicative, and loving to our fur babies! We highly recommend him”

“Nicole was amazing at watching our cat for a week. We said we were flexible with evening drop in times and she had great communication keeping us in the loop for when she would be stopping over. She paid attention to the little details and was very understanding of our cat and his behaviors. Would absolutely book with her again!”

“There are so many good things to say about Sandy. She is the most thorough pet sitter we have ever used! Sandy kept in touch with us and made sure our three cats were safe and comfortable in her care for a whole week. She is very kind and trustworthy - a true animal lover! Don’t hesitate, just book Sandy!!”

“Leah is always amazing when she watches my crazy heeler, Chester when I work long shifts! She has been very flexible about scheduling drop in visits and always lets me know how the visit went. As an added bonus, her dog Aspen is super friendly (and after asking permission and doing a meet and greet), she sometimes brings her dog with her, which gives my dog some socialization and play time! I am totally comfortable trusting her with my pooch and know he's in good hands.”
