About: I’ve grown up with and have had 4 Great Danes throughout my life! I also regularly dog sit for a family friend, which includes an anxious dog with a specific diet, specific feeding times and medications! I’m currently working part time mornings, and will be available for overnight boarding at my home throughout the week! I provide a calm, homey environment and will plan my schedule around potty breaks, meals, and quality time. My boyfriend is the other occupant of our home! I live in an apartment complex with a park and trail directly across the street. My home is very quiet and calm, and I can be with them all day!
“Sydney was the perfect sitter for a temperamental cat who's weary of other humans. Sydney sent us daily photos while we were away and even won Idgie over enough to take pictures together. Couldn't be happier and will definitely book with Sydney again.”

“Melina is always on time and so great with our dog Millie. Our dog is very shy and Melina is so patient with her. We have used her for multiple visits and plan to continue to do so!”

“Amie is awesome! She was very communicative, helpful, reliable and has a great attitude! She gave us a peace of mind with all the pictures that were given during the visit! I highly recommend her and will be using her in the near future!! ☺️”

“We’ve had many Rovers do drop-in visits for our 2 cats and Makenna was by far the best! The litter box was thoroughly cleaned better than any other Rover in the past and our very shy cat warmed up to her to the point of purring!! When we returned our cats were calm and happy. We will definitely book her again!!”

“Bryce was great with my Cats during a stressful time for all of us. He was reliable, conscientious, and did well with my Cat who likes to hide. He was flexible when my plans changed which I appreciated.”

“Brittany was great with my two cats during a recent trip. Her daily updates and pics put my mind at ease, and the cats seemed happy when I got home showing they received plenty of love and playtime Brittany will be the first person I check with next time I need a sitter”

“Silvia’s visit with Rufus was great! She made sure to keep me updated while she was with Rufus and sent me photos of him playing outside and taking care of business. Her service gave me relief knowing that my pup was taken care of while I was at work. I’m definitely booking her again.”
About: I fell in love with dogs when my family got our first dog Chocolate when I was 5. Though I am new to Rover, I frequently watch my neighbors and friends' dogs and we've always had a blast. I also have experience with puppies, including my own, and enjoy working on their basic training skills. My partner and I work mostly from home and take lots of breaks to walk and play with your pup. During the week we are only gone from the house for a maximum of 4 hours but can adjust depending on your dog's needs. We have a fenced yard and a very friendly/sweet pup who gets along with everyone. We love to take lots of walks, small hikes on green mountain, and play ball or run around the yard. We pride ourselves on communication and will send plenty of updates (with more available on request). Let us know what care your pup needs and we’ll do our very best to make them feel right at home.

“Amy was very good with Gypsy when we first met and asked a lot of questions. She was super punctual and sent me cute pictures during the walks. Will definitely be using Amy again!”

“Looking forward to asking Donald to watch my cat again! Donald is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. My very shy cat was very comfortable around him.”

“Katie was wonderful with our cat, Pru. She made spending several days away very stress-free! Katie is super communicative, sends great updates (they were the highlight of our day), pictures, videos, and ensures that your animal is well taken care of. She even stayed a little longer during one of her visits to give our cat a little more one-on-one time. We will definitely book with Katie again!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Pleasant View
Marina was absolutely amazing, we had a few tummy issues with our girl cat before having to leave out of the country and Marina just put us at such ease. She’s very thorough and a great communicator! She’s definitely going to be a go-to person here. We just moved to Denver so we don’t have a lot of people we can rely on, I’m grateful we crossed paths with her!

Stephanie is great! Would definitely ask her to watch my bengal cats again! She was very communicative, especially since one cat was finicky about her food while I was gone. Sent tons of photos, which I appreciate, and I didn’t have to worry about my cats at all!

Brittany was great with my two cats during a recent trip. Her daily updates and pics put my mind at ease, and the cats seemed happy when I got home showing they received plenty of love and playtime Brittany will be the first person I check with next time I need a sitter

We had a great experience with our Kim! Our cat needs a daily inhaler, and she made sure he received it every day, which was such a relief and truly a lifesaver for him. She is very reliable, caring, and kept us updated while we were away. We will always continue to book with her!

Jasmin is great! We’ll be having her stay with our dog and cat while we’re away for a week, so after our meet and greet we’ve had her stop in for some walks. She’s been communicative and professional, and super loving and kind to the animals! Our sweet and nervous dog warmed up to her very quickly :)

We've booked with Ashley before, but this was her first booking with us this year — and she handled quite a bit! She took care of two new kittens, an older cat with asthma who needed an inhaler twice a day, and a six-year-old cat on daily medication. She's genuinely great with our cats, and we always come home to relaxed, happy, and healthy kitties. She communicated clearly and regularly throughout, and sent great photos. We'd absolutely recommend her!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
