“Short review is Luke is a fully capable sitter who can handle any situation you may have. And your dog will come back happier. Long version, My dog Tucker her has special needs. He was attacked a couple of years ago and doesn’t do well around aggressive, male dogs or a bunch of dogs. The first time I brought Tucker to Luke’s house, he met his beautiful dog Brolie. He’s very energetic but very well trained. I was a little hesitant, but Broly let Tucker settle in and by time I had come back to pick him up the first day after an hour they were already best friends. It was at this time. I felt comfortable going on my four day trip. Not only did Luke send many pictures of Tucker looking happy and stress-free, but was always there to quickly respond if I had any questions. I also had a situation where I could be back a day earlier or not, and there was never an issue if I needed to extend my stay, Luke would’ve had my back. I can’t say enough good things about what Luke did to help make Tucker feel safe and loved. He realized that Tucker was super food driven and always gave him little treats when he needed it and even toppers for his food when Tucker was jealous of Brolie’s dinner. Not only that but Luca is training to be professional dog trainer so if you need somebody who is very understanding, kind hearted, and absolutely appreciates your love for your pet, Luke is your guy. But just not too many of you because I need him to save a spot for Tucker lol”

About: Hello! My name is Kelly. I am completing my masters degree online this fall . I will be home most of the time until December 2026. I have a big heart for animals of all breeds and personalities. I have over 50 volunteer hours working at my local animal shelter when I was in high school and many more hours spoiling my own pup. About: I’m Casey, a student at the Colorado School of Mines studying engineering physics. When I’m not hitting the books, I love going on walks, the occasional hike, and skiing during the winter. I also love baking and even keep a sourdough starter named JJ! I’ve had 5 pets growing up, starting with my first dog when I was just 2 years old, and 4 cats since then. Because I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, I know that every single pet has a wildly unique personality, and my favorite thing to do is figure out exactly what makes them tick. I’ve loved them all—from my lazy childhood dog Tucker, who was so passive he never growled no matter how hard you squeezed him , to my cat Lizzie, who had a resting grumpy face but was such a sweet lap cat that you simply couldn't move once she sat down. I am incredibly observant and patient with pets' specific needs. Back at home in Seattle, I have a timid senior cat, Josie, who has arthritis in her knees and only drinks from the faucet until her face is covered in water. I also have a playful "dog-cat" named Lucie who loves her boxes and begs to sit on the porch in the sun, and another cat named MeeMee who will chirp at you from across the room when she realizes she's alone. I bring this same grounded, detail-oriented love to every pet I care for. “My dog has separation anxiety and usually when we pick him up from sitters he’s ready to get out of there. When we picked him up he was all smiles and we can really tell Angie took amazing care of him. Her dog is the Nola is the sweetest as well. 100% recommendation and recommend to anyone.”
About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life, with it being cats, dogs, or even lizards, crabs, and rats. I enjoy quality time with any pet and learning what they need for care. I have trained dogs. I currently have a part-time job and school. I am available on most weekends, holidays, and weekdays! I perfer two days advance but can be very flexible for your needs. I live near many trails and a very walkable area so your dog will get as much exercise as needed. I also have two cats and a dog if your dog needs more company. I’m able to put cats in a separate room if needed aswell.

Our dog was clearly VERY HAPPY with his weekend babysitters! We received many updates and when we picked up our dog he acted as if he could come with us or stay longer with Lynn & John P -either way was good for him.
