“Melinda was great! I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog with her and plan on using her services again. She sent pics and updates, which was nice. Definitely recommend her services.”

“As always, Jamie goes above and beyond to make Daisy's stay comfortable. Daisy is an older dog who is sometimes fearful of people and unfamiliar places. But after staying at Jamie's house several times, she wags her tail and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive at Jamie's house.”

“Eric took wonderful care of our 1 year old miniature schnauzer Gracie. He took her for walks every day and Gracie enjoyed playing with Eric's small dog in their fenced backyard. Eric provided us with photos and updates every day we were away, which provided us with reassurance that our Gracie was doing ok. He also spent time cuddling and playing with her. Thank you Eric for taking such great care of our fur baby.”

“Kristen was great with my dog Marley! Flexible with pick up/drop off, sent lots of pics and kept me updated, and Marley came home happy and healthy. I would definitely use her again!”

“Sehwa & Adam watched our dog and cat in their home over a long weekend. It was really helpful being able to keep the animals together. We received pictures each day of them going for walks and getting lots of attention. I would definitely recommend Sehwa & Adam and use them again for pet sitting in the future.”

“Our pup seemed to have a good time with Steve and Susan. He seemed calmer and more relaxed than he has with other places, which means the world to me. Thanks for taking such good care of him. We'll be back!”

“Brittany was fantastic as always - it's great being able to travel internationally and know someone I can trust is watching Ajax, and he has a great time with her and her pup!”

“Delane is fabulous. It was our puppies first time away from us and in another person's care for more than a day and they came back to us in great shape, no trauma, and well taken care. Thanks Delane.”

“Short review is Luke is a fully capable sitter who can handle any situation you may have. And your dog will come back happier. Long version, My dog Tucker her has special needs. He was attacked a couple of years ago and doesn’t do well around aggressive, male dogs or a bunch of dogs. The first time I brought Tucker to Luke’s house, he met his beautiful dog Brolie. He’s very energetic but very well trained. I was a little hesitant, but Broly let Tucker settle in and by time I had come back to pick him up the first day after an hour they were already best friends. It was at this time. I felt comfortable going on my four day trip. Not only did Luke send many pictures of Tucker looking happy and stress-free, but was always there to quickly respond if I had any questions. I also had a situation where I could be back a day earlier or not, and there was never an issue if I needed to extend my stay, Luke would’ve had my back. I can’t say enough good things about what Luke did to help make Tucker feel safe and loved. He realized that Tucker was super food driven and always gave him little treats when he needed it and even toppers for his food when Tucker was jealous of Brolie’s dinner. Not only that but Luca is training to be professional dog trainer so if you need somebody who is very understanding, kind hearted, and absolutely appreciates your love for your pet, Luke is your guy. But just not too many of you because I need him to save a spot for Tucker lol”

“Victoria did a great job on our puppy! She’s very nice and friendly, also takes care of the puppy well even tho she has puppy energy and goes crazy most of the time. I’m pretty sure our pup misses the time she was at the sitter home with Victoria, her son and her dog. With such a good care, we highly recommended.”

“Irina and her husband were absolutely amazing! They stepped in on short notice and took care of Freyja for four days, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. They were incredibly responsive, easygoing, and made both me and Freyja feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated the consistent updates. They sent plenty of photos and videos, which made being away so much easier. It was clear Freyja was happy, well cared for, and in great hands the entire time. Truly an 11/10 experience. I would 100% recommend booking with them and will definitely be reaching out again in the future!”

“Alexandra watched our older chocolate lab mix and was amazing. She came by before to meet him and brought her dog that he would be staying with. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. He was very happy staying with her. Would absolutely book again!”

“Amazing sitters, you won’t regret booking with them!! Took amazing care of my baby and gave me lots of updates throughout her stay! It’s calming to know your pet is in good hands :)”

“Kristi was wonderful with our pup. She was informative about any details of his stay and transparent about touring her home so we and our dog could feel comfortable ahead of his stay. You can tell she cares about every dog that stays with her.”

About: I have had always had a cat since I was 11 years old. I have experience with cats of varying temperaments. Cats are social beings and I believe require more socialization than what many are led to believe.

“Silvia was an absolute wonderful sitter! She spent lots of times with my cats, made sure they were fed and watered, scooped their litter box, and spent the majority of her time playing with them and giving them lots of love! She sent the cutest pictures and let me know when she was headed over every day! She was an excellent communicator as well! I can not recommend Silvia enough!”

“Looking forward to asking Donald to watch my cat again! Donald is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. My very shy cat was very comfortable around him.”

“Mackenzie checked in multiple times when watching my puppy. He was super responsive and sent photos which was amazing! My puppy absolutely loved seeing Mackenzie. During the first visit he stayed longer than needed so that my puppy could get more use to him being around. Each update was thorough as well. I strongly recommend Mackenzie!!”

“Makayla is awesome! Super easy to coordinate with, quick to respond, and took really good care of my girl. Makayla’s dog is very low key and friendly, and my dog got on great with him! Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Our sweet Gus had an awesome time with Cory and his pups! Gus ran right up to Cory and didn’t even look back on his way inside—Cory is clearly wonderful with dogs. Gus came home tired and happy after his first day of daycare!”

“Luke was so accommodating! We had a very short notice requirement and he worked with us so well to accommodate our pups! They loved their time there and were so sad to leave. Thanks so much!!”

“My 3 month old puppy Bella loved her drop-in stays with Janet! Janet has a great space for dogs including a huge backyard so the pups can safely play all day. I enjoyed the pics and videos she sent of Bella throughout the day and look forward to working with her again in the future!”

About: I have 20 years of hands-on pet care experience and I've been around animals my entire life. I grew up in a household with multiple high-energy dogs, so caring for pets has always felt like second nature to me. Over the years, I've also lived with roommates whose dogs were just as high-energy, and later a cat, which gave me even more day-to-day experience with different pet personalities, routines, and needs. I have also cared for cats with medical needs. I've done drop-in visits for diabetic cats, including administering insulin injections on schedule. I understand how important consistency, routine, and a calm approach are for pets managing health conditions, and I take that responsibility seriously. My partner and I adopted a cat early last year, so I'm very used to daily pet care and know firsthand how important it is to keep things consistent for a pet's comfort and well-being. Our cat Yuzu is friendly, curious, and very social — I've made sure he's comfortable around new people and pets. If your pet enjoys feline company, they'll have a friendly companion during their boarding stay! Whether it's a high-energy dog who needs a good long walk or extra playtime to burn off energy, a cat who just wants a quick check-in and a clean litter box, or a pet who needs full boarding while their owners are away, I'm comfortable and experienced enough to give them the attentive, reliable care they deserve. I offer walks, drop-in visits, and boarding, and I'm happy to work with pets who have special needs, medications, or routines that require extra attention and consistency. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life since I work from home and have my own cat, Yuzu. Feeding, playtime, and routine check-ins happen daily, so fitting in walks, drop-ins, or boarding for your pet is easy, and I'm able to give them consistent attention throughout the day. In my home, pets are supervised, given a comfortable space, and introduced gradually to Yuzu if they're cat-friendly. In a client's home, I would follow your routines and instructions closely, secure doors and gates, and make sure medications or feeding schedules are followed exactly as directed.
About: Dogs in our house are part of the family. We are a mother & son (age 14) combo with 2 dogs in the house (friendly, sweet spayed females). We have been loving and caring for dogs since we were both little, providing the best care for our price and will make your dog feel like it's at home! We have a fully fenced-in large yard and dog door. If you crate your dog, we have one in the house so that you don't have to bring yours. You can certainly bring your own dog bed, but we also have one that your pup can utilize. We also have stuffs, toys, leashes & bowls, so don't fret if you forget anything. Your furry-buddy is allowed to cuddle on the couch with us or wherever they find comfort. If the weather permits and your dog is accustomed to going to the dog park, they can join us on trips to play. We have both gone through dog training programs, most recently Ted Terroux. Clean house, well cared-for, loving home. ***** Please reach out if you need a date that shows as "unavailable" as we might be able to make a special accommodation for your dog & past clients. ***** As a teacher & student, we are on summer break and have lots of availability. During the school year, we work and go to school during the week. We are able to go home mid-day for potty breaks. We we home on weekends and during breaks (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Breaks & Winter Breaks). We have several "regular" clients that have a proven track record with our dogs.... Thus, we are able to board mid-week *if* your dog is COOL (plays well, non-destructive, low flight risk), and knows how to use a doggie door. So, please send us a message as we are often available for other dates not made public on the calendar. We look forward to getting to know you and your fur baby! We have a great record of caring for our dogs and we will be able to safely and reliably take care and keep your dog safe and happy in a comfortable and clean home. We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.
About: I live in an active home with my partner and our playful couch potato. I am a full time online student and former dog groomer of 20 years. I grew up training, showing, grooming and generally obsessing over dogs. I turned that into a long time career and now spend time loving on my own pup, Opal. We walk daily, hike regularly, visit dog parks, and enjoy time in a chill, child free home. As a full time online student I spend most of my week at home and would love to welcome other pups into our space for play days or overnight care. Our home is extremely pet friendly with comfortable furniture that pets are allowed on and a fully fenced back yard. I offer daily exercise and enrichment on your pup's terms, custom feeding arrangements including raw food, and treat your pets just like my own... spoiled as they should be.
About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was young! I treat all of the dogs like family and my number one goal is for them to be as comfortable as possible while away from their favorite people. I do boarding along with my Son Derek, he has over 325 5 star reviews on Rover that accurately portray the experience your dogs will have when staying with us. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and am always open to meeting beforehand! I am retired and always around to spend time with the Pet's I look after. I really love watching the dogs play and participate with them often. They like to crowd around me and watch me drink coffee while I listen to the radio. It sets the stage to settle down after fun time. Pet's need their quiet time too. I do dog boarding and am also available for drop ins and house sittings! I am with the dogs inside and outside. I have a big backyard and they love it! Fresh water and we follow your feed schedule. I treat all our 'Pet Guest's' like they are family. If I am the 'Guest Caregiver', I do the same so your Pet feels comfortable. Our house is their house. I do the same for Pet Sitting.
“Sehwa and Adam were so great! Our Nova seemed to love them and they sent updates throughout her day. They were very understanding when we had to postpone for a day due to changing work schedule and when Nova had an accident. This was our first time using Rover so Nova was probably a little extra nervous but they were so nice about it. I would highly recommend Sehwa and Adam, and would love to use them again in the future :)”

“Irina and her boyfriend took excellent care of Griffin. He was so excited to be there and we received lots of pictures of the fun he was having. We enjoyed getting to know them and highly recommend them to others.”

“Ace had a great day hanging out with Sydney. He was happy as could be when I picked him up and tired out enough that he slept most of the 2 hour drive home. Would definitely recommend Sydney.”

“Chelsea and Chuck are the sweetest and have the most beautiful property! They were very accommodating for a last minute request and will certainly be my new go-to!”

“Winnie had a great time at Jessica’s house playing with Reggie and Frankie! Great backyard to explore, and great communication. Would definitely book again!”

“Sophie is top notch!! She has been so great with my anxious husky and my girl has been so comfortable with her. She sends photos of walking the dogs and her little dog is so friendly. Thanks for the amazing care Sophie!”

“Brie was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially on short notice, which I truly appreciated and was so grateful for. Her home was warm and dog-friendly, and my pups seemed happy and well cared for during their stay. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m Casey, a student at the Colorado School of Mines studying engineering physics. When I’m not hitting the books, I love going on walks, the occasional hike, and skiing during the winter. I also love baking and even keep a sourdough starter named JJ! I’ve had 5 pets growing up, starting with my first dog when I was just 2 years old, and 4 cats since then. Because I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, I know that every single pet has a wildly unique personality, and my favorite thing to do is figure out exactly what makes them tick. I’ve loved them all—from my lazy childhood dog Tucker, who was so passive he never growled no matter how hard you squeezed him , to my cat Lizzie, who had a resting grumpy face but was such a sweet lap cat that you simply couldn't move once she sat down. I am incredibly observant and patient with pets' specific needs. Back at home in Seattle, I have a timid senior cat, Josie, who has arthritis in her knees and only drinks from the faucet until her face is covered in water. I also have a playful "dog-cat" named Lucie who loves her boxes and begs to sit on the porch in the sun, and another cat named MeeMee who will chirp at you from across the room when she realizes she's alone. I bring this same grounded, detail-oriented love to every pet I care for. Whether your animal needs a quiet companion or an active walking buddy, you can trust me to be responsible, communicative, and invested in your furry best friend! I'm currently doing research part time with flexible hours, so I'll have plenty of time to adjust to each pet's needs, whether that means a long walk/hike or some quick cuddles. Each pet is different and I'd love to learn what each one needs and make sure they get as much exercise or attention as desired.

“Such a lovely person! Very kind and gentle personality, Dobbert my doggo warmed right up to him. Vinny was very patient with Dobbert while he barked and eventually adjusted to meeting a new person. Vinny was very kind to walk Dobbert for me on short notice. He is very punctual, respectful and responsible. Extremely grateful and will be booking again!!!”
“Melina has been walking my dog for awhile now and when my cat was having some medical issues she so kindly checked on him for me before walking Bodie so I could have some peace of mind! She’s the best!”

About: I’ve had pets throughout my childhood that I have had responsibility over on top of this I have always cared for/nurtured my friends and families pets. What really sets me apart from most sitters is my long history of working with senior dogs. I know they require a lot more care, gentleness, and structure. I have also got experience with pets who struggle with anxiety and can come off intimidating/possibly aggressive, they just require more patience. I am currently working full time in the morning at a lovely hotel but anytime before 7am and after 3pm they will have my undivided love and attention! <3 I have about 8 years under my belt with senior pet care, as well as 2 years of puppy care. I can walk your fur baby/babies,help with medicine, dental care, provide lots of quality time & love. My communication skills are very high and will always keep you updated on anything good, important or concerning with your fur baby. And any regimen you have for them I have no issues following!
“Emma was exceptional! Very prompt & responsive from first contact. My regular dog walker moved away & transitions can be hard. I am so very pleased to have found Emma. She was so good with my senior pup & her thorough communication with pics & updates were comforting & much appreciated. I would definitely hire Emma again & can easily recommend her with confidence.”

“She was amazing. Needed her to walk my 3 dogs at night for three nights. Was always on time and sent pics of the animals to let me know she was there and after the walk. I will definitely use her again. You can honestly see the love she has for animals.”

“Dan was really fantastic. Very accommodating and clearly loves dogs. Carter had so much fun with him going to the dog park and really getting extra care. Dan is fabulous, an excellent caregiver for your dog.”

I am extremely attentive to each and every dog I’ve watched making sure they have an easy adjustment when their owners are gone. I am currently working remote from my home, I am able to walk and care for my dog throughout the day and take breaks for them. I am a pet owner myself and understand the relationship between owner and pet and will update owners and send pictures as much as they want! I have one friendly pup to keep your dog company. We have a fenced in backyard but love to go on walks! We live in a clean dog friendly house.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and patience I bring to every dog I care for. I treat each pet like family, whether it’s a playful puppy learning the ropes or a senior dog who just wants comfort and company. I have experience with basic training, giving medication, and understanding the unique needs of dogs at all life stages. I'm calm, reliable, and always focused on making pets feel safe, loved, and at ease while you're away. Even though I don't have a dog right now, pet care is something I think about often because I genuinely love animals—especially dogs. If a friend or family member needs help watching their pet, I’m the first to volunteer. When that happens, I make sure to stick to their routines—daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and just giving them attention and affection. I also like learning about proper care, training techniques, and how to make a pet's life as happy and healthy as possible. So while I don’t have a dog in my home at the moment, pet care still fits into my life whenever I get the chance—and when the time is right, I definitely plan on having one of my own. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat them like they’re my own—with love, patience, and consistency. I always start by learning the pet’s routine from the owner—feeding times, walk schedules, any medications, and their personality quirks. I stick closely to those routines to help the pet feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. Whether it's regular walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, or just sitting with a shy animal to help them feel calm, I adapt to whatever the pet needs. I keep the space clean, give fresh food and water, and pay attention to their behavior in case something seems off. Communication is also key—I like to send regular updates and photos so owners know their pet is happy and in good hands. Even though I don’t currently have pets of my own, I take every opportunity to care for others' pets seriously. It’s more than just a service—it’s something I genuinely love doing.

“Mike was a fantastic sitter. He made sure to send updates every morning and night, with pictures. He has a great little family and they are super accommodating. My flight got cancelled due to a huge storm and ended up landing at 4am the next day. He allowed Moose to stay an extra night with no problems whatsoever and really made me feel comfortable about where my dog was while I was dealing with a super long night of travel. I would absolutely recommend”

“Vanna is very selective about people she wants to stay with and when we walk in the door at Megan’s home, she doesn’t even look back at me! She loves the family- and especially the time w kids. She gets hugs and walks and comes home a relaxed and happy dog!”

“Angie is awesome, our pup Norman loves staying with her and her dog he's always very happy and comfortable. She sends great updates and he's just very well taken care of”

“The care and attention that Lynn and John provided was exceptional. Our dogs were so well taken of. It made it easier to be away from our pups. Very grateful!”

“My guy luffy seemed to be having so much fun getting all the cuddles he needed while i was away. Jay was super helpful and efficient with coordinating drop off and pick up times. When I got luffy home he was pooped so he definitely had a great time.”

“First time using Rover and a dog sitter. Leslie and family were amazing and helped me and my family relax knowing Dottie was in great hands and care. She got plenty of exercise and love from her kids, took walks, soccer games and had fun - Leslie gave us updates 2x day and that made us feel good about our choice. I would definitely use Leslie again for future needs. So good to know we have someone to take care of our baby when we need to be apart from her. Thanks”

“Brigitte M. is exceptionally helpful and highly professional. She provides remarkable care, communicates effectively, and goes above and beyond to ensure that both you and your furry friend are treated with kindness and respect. Thank you, Brigitte.”

“Our boy had a great time with Lindsay and Joshua! He was worn out from playing and slept in the next day. They were great at communicating and sent pictures every day. We would have they watch our baby again anytime!”
