About: Caring for a cat is more than just changing their litter box and providing them food. It's giving them affection on their terms, knowing what their different moods can be, and providing enrichment when they need it. Although dogs are my focus at Humane Colorado, I have several volunteer hours focusing specifically on cat care and enrichment at the shelter.
“I highly recommend Brae! She was an amazing sitter for my cat, Walnut, while I was out of town for the weekend. She spent time getting to know Walnut (and my partner and I, which was appreciated) prior to my trip. Brae was flexible, communicative, and accommodating about changes in my schedule and was willing to work with me. She paid close attention and care to Walnut while sending daily updates with a video and many pictures, and she left everything clean and tidy in the house for our return. Brae brought in mail, washed towels/bed sheets, and it was clear that Walnut was well loved and taken care of upon my return home. Even after our sit ended, she checked in to make sure I arrived home safely. She’s a natural with pets and was extremely respectful of our home and space!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life, from a poodle when I was a child to labs and a husky as an adult. I rent now, so sadly am unable to have a pet now and miss the love they give. About: Dogs in our house are part of the family. We are a mother & son (age 14) combo with 2 dogs in the house (friendly, sweet spayed females). We have been loving and caring for dogs since we were both little, providing the best care for our price and will make your dog feel like it's at home! We have a fully fenced-in large yard and dog door. If you crate your dog, we have one in the house so that you don't have to bring yours. You can certainly bring your own dog bed, but we also have one that your pup can utilize. We also have stuffs, toys, leashes & bowls, so don't fret if you forget anything. Your furry-buddy is allowed to cuddle on the couch with us or wherever they find comfort. If the weather permits and your dog is accustomed to going to the dog park, they can join us on trips to play. We have both gone through dog training programs, most recently Ted Terroux. Clean house, well cared-for, loving home. ***** Please reach out if you need a date that shows as "unavailable" as we might be able to make a special accommodation for your dog & past clients. ***** As a teacher & student, we are on summer break and have lots of availability. During the school year, we work and go to school during the week. We are able to go home mid-day for potty breaks. We we home on weekends and during breaks (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Breaks & Winter Breaks). We have several "regular" clients that have a proven track record with our dogs.... Thus, we are able to board mid-week *if* your dog is COOL (plays well, non-destructive, low flight risk), and knows how to use a doggie door. We have a great record of caring for our dogs and we will be able to safely and reliably take care and keep your dog safe and happy in a comfortable and clean home. We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.

About: We share our home with a 15 years young, grumpy old-man Chihuahua, a 7-year old Chihuahua mix, and a new Husky-mix puppy. Dogs provide us with so much love and kindness on a daily basis, that's why I believe we should offer that same kindness back to them! Rochelle has been caring for dogs for well over a decade, from totally healthy to those needing special care (medicine, slower walks, special feeding requirements). In general, our pups get along great with low-energy dogs and low-energy dogs are ideal clients! Though, the puppy can also help us with higher energy pups. Rochelle works from home full time. We REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to booking new clients, no exceptions. Due to medical concerns, Rochelle is only able to care for small to medium size dogs for the safety of your dog(s) and my own safety. Willing to consider dogs who are larger in size only if they have completed intensive behavioral training (such as therapy dog training or hunting dog training) in which your dog will respond to commands 100% of the time. About: My husband and I work remotely five days a week, and at least one of us is always around the house in the evenings, outside of regular work hours. Both of us had many pets growing up—from Schautzters to Australian Shepherds to Welsh Corgies—and today we have our goofy, energetic Border Collie (Bennie) and our cat (Sebastian). We also live very near a great open space for dogs that Bennie loves to walk to. We never leave Bennie alone for more than a few hours at a time and try our best to avoid it altogether. We will absolutely extend the same—if not better—to your pet. We prefer dogs that are cat-friendly and generally well-behaved. The cat has his own fenced-off section of the house, but he roams free. About: I've been around dogs my entire life, and now live across from a GIANT off-leash dog park (Westminster Hills). For dogs that are allowed, we tend to visit the park once or twice a day, so there's tons of opportunity for your pup to meet new friends. If you your pup isn't as social, that's no problem...we can accommodate the shy puppers as well. We have a dog door that typically stays open throughout the day, leading to nice deck to rest on, and a large fenced in back yard. Let us know your pups feeding schedule, and if they have any special needs like medication or specific nap times. Drop off and pick up window is 8am to 8pm. I will try to accommodate schedule changes, but generally would prefer to stick to those hours. I work from home, and rarely leave for longer than an hour or so, so you're pup won't be left alone long if at all. I work from my home office and Yoshi plays host - either sharing his favorite resting spots, or introducing everyone to his toys in the backyard. A visit to the Westy dog park across the street is a daily activity, and your pup is welcome to join us. We have a dog door and a fenced in yard. My dog Yoshi is always here to keep pups company, and to show them the ropes. If you're dog is looking for a playmate, you've come to the right place. If your dog is staying overnight, you're welcome to bring their dog bed, or they can borrow one of Yoshi's beds. He's not possessive! We ensure each pup gets lots of play time, and lots of love in a safe environment while in our care.

About: As an animal lover, I have always been happy to look over and hangout with any of my friend and families pets. That being said, I have lots of experience caring for animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I’ve cared for dogs ages 2 months-15 years. I have experience with dogs who need medication and special care. I volunteered with the humane society of boulder valley for many years and have completed basic care courses for dogs. I currently have a Blue Heeler and a Corgi who are both quirky sweet boys! I have a flexible work schedule and have free hours during the day to take some pups out to get fresh air or drop-in and say hello to your furry friends. About: Dogs and other pets have been an integral part of my life and I have always loved and spoiled them like members of the family. I currently have 2 dogs (one senior and one puppy). I have fostered dogs including one we ended up adopting. Now that my kids are older, boarding dogs is a new venture for me now that I know I can dedicate the time to spoil your pup too. My son, Austin, and I are highly dependable and friends and neighbors always know they can reach out to us to help them out. I work from home and can provide lots of attention to your fur-babies including lots of walks, cuddles and playtime. I also have an 8 and 11 year old (Austin) who both love dogs and when home would love to play with your pup and take for walks. I am only interested in taking 1 (maybe 2) dogs from the same family at a time so I know I can give them the attention they deserve. I have a fenced yard with lots of space for the dogs to enjoy. I also take the dogs for daily walks along a paved path behind the house that provides access to miles of trail.
