Welcome to A Loving, 5-Star Retreat for Your Pup 😊 Hi there! Our names are Jon and Sonia, and we’re happy to meet your pup. We have 24 years of experience caring for dogs between us (plus >2 years on Rover) and we believe our home is a perfect palace for his or her next stay. We both work from home (WFH), have no kids, have no pets of our own, and can give your furry friend(s) plenty of attention throughout the day. We only care for dogs who live with each other or are already friends with each other prior to staying with us, so you can rest assured your pup or pups have exclusive reign over the home. That is, we don't take on dogs simultaneously who don't know each other. Here’s some reasons to choose us for your dog’s next stay: • Experience & Love for Dogs: We’ve both owned and cared for dogs for much of our lives: small, medium, and large dogs. • Safe & Comfortable Environment: Our single-family home is a secure and cozy space with ample room for relaxing and for playing. Our fenced backyard is perfect for exploring and playing. • Personalized Care: We understand that each dog is unique and requires their own feeding schedule, medication, or personal needs. We’re happy to tailor our care to the specific needs of your furry friend, whether it’s extra play time, special diet needs, or just a little more love. • Regular Updates: We know that being away from your dog can feel tough, so we provide daily updates. Each day, you can expect a photo and a written summary of your pup’s stay with us, so you can feel reassured that he/she’s getting the best experience possible. • Flexible & Accommodating: Life can be unpredictable, and we get that. If plans change, just let us know at least 1 day prior to your stay if things change and we’re happy to accommodate. • Active Lifestyle: We love to play with our pups. We have ample space to make sure that your pets are able to run, jump, and sploot anywhere they’d like to. • Cuddles galore: Above all, we’re here to give endless love and care to all furry friends who stay with us. Snuggles, pats, and belly rubs are always on the menu here!

These two are absolutely wonderful! They were fantastic communicators from start to finish, kept me updated, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. They took such great care of my pup and were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and kind throughout the entire experience. Sonia and Jonathan were responsive and communicative throughout the process of setting up a meet and greet throughout the visit. They had lots of questions about Manny which puts me at ease because it shows they want to take good care of him! During his stay they provided nightly updates about Manny and Manny was a very happy boy when he got picked up! Manny will definitely be back.

This was our second time booking with Sonia & Jonathan, they will continue to be our #1 choice. We are so glad we now have someone local that can look after our pup. They are responsive, caring, loving..all great qualities that make for a positive/stress free experience. We’ve already booked our third stay.
Sonia and Jonathan take such great care of my dog. I get photos daily and love that they use an AirTag. She comes home quite happy. Highly recommend

Schedule
We both work from home and are available around the clock to care for your dog's unique needs. We have no children and currently are not pet owners, so we have a very flexible schedule to ensure your pup has a wonderful experience.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced backyard where your pup can roam and explore. Our home is dog-ready, where he/she is free to lounge, trot, or gaze out our windows. We treat every pup as our own, with the loving care and attention they deserve. We are happy to accommodate any special requests and needs which will ensure he or she has the safest and most comfortable stay possible.
A typical day
We love to play with the dogs that we care for. This includes playing fetch in the backyard, playing tug-o-war, and chasing each other around the house or backyard. We also take regular walks around our quiet and dog-friendly neighborhood as well.
