I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.

About: I have had dogs and animals all my life. The last 3 years I have been helping my sister with both of her energetic huskies. I also recently worked for a company called “Dog Wizard” doing kennel technician work while also working to become a dog trainer. “I could just tell when i walked in the door that bowie was going to be well taken care of. My puppy usually has a hard time when we leave her at a boarding house. She doesnt eat much, and barks all night but not this time! She didn't lose weight, slept and got all kinda of walks and cuddles and I got to relax on my trip because I could tell she was happy and relaxed! Definetely going back thank you so much Meagan!!!”
