“Laurel and her family were perfect hosts. She sent daily updates and pictures to keep me up to date on Alfred’s activities. She was great in being flexible with drop off and pick up and I absolutely would book with her again 10/10.”

“Yi Ling watched my dog over two weekends, and I was very happy with the care she provided. She was an excellent communicator, always punctual, and completely dependable. One thing to know is that she often watches more than one dog at a time. My dog did great in that environment and enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. I would happily book with Yi Ling again!”

“Carson loved staying with Kyle and Desiree. He looked so happy in the pictures they sent me daily. He loved it so much, he seemed depressed when he came home. I would highly recommend them.”

“I was new to using Rover and Darcy P. Was very patient answering my questions and taking the time to meet my dogs! Would recommend her to anyone, she's great.”
“Jeremy and his wife were awesome with our 2 dogs. They were very communicative, asked us all the right questions on dog care needs and personalities, and did a great job. Thanks for the pics, and for loving on our dogs! They both seemed happy when we picked them back up. Their house was a great setup as well, clean, big, and a nice fenced in clean back yard for the dogs to play. Will book again!”

“Tamara was amazing! She is a great communicator. Kept me updated throughout the stay. Sent pictures and details that helped me feel better about a new sitter! Very nice and relaxed environment. Chewbacca loved Banjo and spending time with Tamara’s son. 100% would recommend, we will be back!”

“We were very happy that we found Erin and Sebastian to take care of Taz while we were on a trip. From our first meeting it was obvious they care about animals. Erin sent several updates and pictures during the week to let us know Taz was in good hands and doing fine. Will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Thanks again for your care.”
“Riley was so happy with Dalia and Dainius and their daughter Milda! I’m sure she hardly missed me at all between their walks and play time. 😊 It was also wonderful how accommodating they were to watch her less than a week out! Highly recommend!”

“We left our dog with Ashlan for 10 days and our dog did so well. Ashlan gave us regular updates, gave her love, and took her on walks. Upon meeting Ashlan you can immediately tell she is a true animal lover. I will be using Ashlan every time we go out of town!”

“I would highly recommend Jessica and her family as a dog sitter. I have a pup who is a bit of a special needs guy and was very nervous leaving him with anyone. She came highly recommended and I see why. They treated him like he was part of the family. Thanks so much Jessica!”

“Amber was amazing! She took such great care of Melek and was even kind enough to keep him a little longer than planned, which we really appreciated. Thank you so much for your flexibility and care”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, but most of my pet care experience comes from my own dog, Tuna. I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. I am becoming a Rover sitter to bring the companionship of a dog back into my life while offering other pet parents the highest level of dedicated care. Through caring for Tuna and my family's dogs over the years, I have extensive experience with all types of dogs, including highly active young adults and seniors requiring specialized care. As a former pet parent, I understand how stressful it is to leave your dog with someone else and trust they will be cared for as you would. I aim to ease that stress with loving, supportive, and dedicated care. I have included more detailed information on my experience below. Senior care: -Experienced in administering daily oral medications and supplements while managing strict dosing schedules. -Familiar with guiding dogs through physical therapy exercises, managing arthritis, and accommodating the slower pace of aging pets. -Experienced in managing complex nutritional needs, including transition care, dehydrated food, and preparing fresh meals from scratch. -Ability to manage specialized routines, including transporting pets to appointments such as veterinary acupuncture or maintaining routines for such appointments. Behavioral needs: -Experienced caring for a highly reactive dog with a history of abuse. -Familiar with reading dog body language, avoiding triggers during walks, and managing anxious or fearful dogs. -Skilled at establishing a calm, low-stress environment for dogs who need extra time to warm up to new people or spaces. Exercise needs: -Well-versed in safely handling dogs while hiking, camping, and swimming in the Colorado outdoors. -Accustomed to providing multiple structured walks a day, tailored to your dog's energy level. Hygiene needs: -Routine experience with monthly bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. I work almost entirely from home Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.
“We returned from our trip to find a happy and relaxed dog. I have a feeling Rosie was spoiled immensely while staying at Brenda’s! She has the perfect backyard for Squirrel watching and is very attentive to every dog she is caring for. Brenda sent many photos of dog walks and couch relaxing, many that are frame worthy! We are happy to find such a great sitter close to us and will definitely use her again. 😊”

“We were extremely nervous about leaving our dogs in an unfamiliar place for the first time as our boys are a bit spoiled. We were so lucky to have met Haley and David. The care and updates they gave us of Hank and Roy were really assuring. Roy was a bit nervous at first but Haley was able to bond with him and put him at ease. Hank just made himself at home. We will definitely use them again in the future. We 💯 recommend them!!!”

“Excellence!! We are absolutely thrilled with Joan and how well she cared for our Aussiedoodle, Trixie while we were away vacationing with family. Trixie settled in immediately, was comfortable, and even gave Joan snuggles. We received wonderful texts with pics and even a sweet video of Trixie playing fetch with Joan’s nephew. Thank you Joan! We will definitely rebook Trixie again the next time we come to Colorado!”

“Patrick was very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. Timmy very much enjoyed his stay, and we will most certainly be calling up on Patrick again for pet-sitting. I was kept in the loop about Timmy's activities and sent photos and a video as well. I unequivocally recommend Patrick for your pet-sitting needs.”

“We have used Stacy multiple times now to care for our pup and she is great! Our pup always comes home happy and tired after a long weekend of playing with her pup, Bear. We will definitely continue to use her and I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Judith is so nice to deal with. She is very prompt returning messages and is always accommodating. Our Abby loves being with her and her extended family and she always comes home happy and exhausted from all the playing. We will definitely use Judith again.”

“This is the second time we’ve had Keandra out to take care of our kitten and she does a wonderful job with him. She interacts and plays and sends us pictures each day. We always come home to a happy cat. Highly recommend!!”

“I had never used a pet/house sitter that I didn’t know before booking Elliot, and must admit I was nervous about doing so. But Elliot was fantastic! He took care of everything that needed to be done, including taking the trash out, which we had not asked him to do. He asked questions about my cat and her care that indicated that he was really interested in doing a good job. I received daily photos and updates and this enabled me to relax and know everything was in good hands. I highly recommend Elliot if you’re in the area!”

“Stacy did such a great job with caring for our 4 month old Labrador Retriever puppy while we had a night out. She kept us updated throughout the evening with lots of pictures. Our pup got plenty of playtime and a nice walk. Our home was also well taken care of. We highly recommend Stacy’s services!”

“Beth was available at a very short notice and came over to care for our elderly kitty. Our younger kitty is a bit of a menace and she sent notes of concern when he hid. We were very grateful for her concern and care.”

About: I have been side-by-side with dogs (and cats and other animals!) for all my life. When I was a kid, my cocker spaniel, Brandy, and I dove snoot first into learning how to do obedience training, which has guided me in how I care for and look after dogs for all of my life. My brothers and sisters were always 4-legged, and I find that I think animals are the best people. I am currently available most days to take your fur kid(s) on a walk, check in on them, make sure they have all the snuggles they want, and otherwise take care of them! “We were gone for 10 days and hated being away from my babies that long. However, both my husband and I were at ease with leaving them in Shannons care. We instantly clicked with her and felt her passion and love for animals. We had one cat that needed a little extra attention. Shannon didn’t hesitate and freely gave our Milo what he needed. We were so pleased and grateful to have found Shannon. She’s simply amazing!!!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was a young girl and truly love being around animals. While I only board dogs in our home, I’m also happy to care for cats in your home.I accept dogs of all ages as long as they are house-trained. I specialize in caring for low-shedding or non-shedding dogs, but I’m happy to chat if you’re unsure about your pup’s coat type. As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy going on walks, and we live near a dog park for pups who like to get out and explore. We have a friendly 20-lb Cockapoo girl who would love to meet your dog. We’re always careful during feeding times and keep dogs separated to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. My kids (ages 11 and 15) are confident, gentle caregivers and are great at giving individual attention—especially if your pup is feeling a little unsure while away from you. I also have a dog-proof run that’s accessible through a dog door from our living room, plus a secure backyard where I can play ball and hang out with your dog for extra space to roam. Our family has used Rover sitters in the past for our own beloved dog, so I understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable with your sitter. I truly want to go the extra mile to make your dog feel safe, happy, and loved while in our care. I’m home Monday through Saturday nearly 24/7, aside from short errands. On Sundays, I am out of the house for a few hours in the morning. If your pet prefers not to be left alone, they’re welcome to come along with me. Your dog's comfort is my top priority. I work hard to provide a safe and clean environment. I can administer medications as long as thorough instructions are given. I am happy to bathe and brush your dog. Based on your dog's energy levels and your expectations, I am happy to walk him/her multiple times a day. Your dog has access to the dog run through the dog door. I can let them out into the back yard as well if they need more space. We live close to a dog park that I'd be happy to take your pup to if they love dog parks. We have a 20lb cockapoo pup who looks forward to meeting your dog. I do separate the dogs if we leave to run errands just to be extra careful.
“Jordyn is awesome! Super friendly and easy to work with. It was great to get updated throughout the day of what dogs were doing. She took great care of them and sent them home with homemade dogs treats.”

“Laurel did a fantastic job caring for my girls. She kept me updated throughout the stay and sent some great pics and videos. Thanks for taking such good care of my girls, Laurel!”

About: I am a healthcare professional who has luxury of working from home. I have been pet sitting for Rover for over five years now. I love the different animals, my dog loves having play-friends, and I know how it hurts my heart when I have to leave my dog for long stretches. I would love to know they are in good hands with a dog lover. That is what I can provide. All animals love me. Plus, I have one labradoodle and two kitties. They love to have visitors! Rest easy knowing your fur baby is not home alone. Will walk, feed breakfast and dinner. I live in Water Valley. Note: I prefer watching other doodle breeds. All dogs must get along with kitties. If you are unsure, and your dog chases rabbits or squirrels, it most likely will not be a good fit. My kitties love playing with the dogs. I work from home so am with the fur babies all day long. We take potty breaks every 2-4 hours. While I’m working, I move the doggy beds to my office so my “assistants” can supervise me 😉 After work we will have play time then later afternoon we might have nap time. Feedings are around 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. We settle down for bed around 9 and wake around 6. We live in an attached home and have a four-foot fence surrounding the yard. Pets will always be supervised while in yard. If you think they will try to jump fence, it may not be a good fit.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting for friends and family over the past few years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy. Most pets warm up to me pretty quickly, and I enjoy giving them the attention, care, and love they deserve. I like to get dogs out for plenty of walks. I’ve found that regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep them calm, especially if they are anxious while you’re gone. Cats will get lots of petting and playtime as well. I know that leaving your pet in the care of someone new can be a leap of faith, so I’m happy to send plenty of pictures and updates. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own and want you to feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away. My routine is flexible and centered around each cat’s needs. I typically start the day by feeding them, giving any medications if needed, and spending a few minutes offering attention and affection if they’re in the mood. I know every cat has a different personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow whatever schedule they’re used to. Some cats love company and plenty of petting, while others prefer a quiet day and their own space. I’m comfortable with both and let each cat set the pace while making sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. I know that trusting someone with your pet and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely (a written list is extremely helpful), keep your cat’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they always have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior and will communicate with you promptly if I notice anything concerning. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your cat is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every home with respect and always leave it just as I found it.
“From start to finish I was absolutely amazed by the kindness and professionalism that I was shown! I always appreciate when my pup can do a meet and greet so I can have the peace of mind knowing he is comfortable in the environment I am leaving him in. During the stay I got pictures of how well my baby was doing. And when I had an unexpected trip to urgent care for my family member they were able to keep my pup happy for a bit longer than what was planned. He came home and crashed because he was so tired from his big play date! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“Hillary and her family were absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have ask for anything more, excellent communication and the sweetest pictures and updates throughout the day. We knew our lil guy was in great hands! Would recommend 1000%”

About: I grew up in a house full of animals—big dogs, little critters, and everything in between! My family raised a golden retriever, German shepherd, and currently four huskies (my parents are crazy), so I'm very comfortable with high-energy breeds and strong leash manners. I’ll make sure your babies feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. :) I am a nurse on Monday, Tuesday & Fridays but free every other day of the week, I love watching your babies on my off-days :) I love walking miles each day and am up for whatever hike your dog prefers. I can drop in to give your cat some cuddles any time of day. However you prefer me to handle your fur babies, I will do so. Fenced-in park, go on the trails, stay in your yard, stay in the home.. I will care for your pet wherever you need.

“Marion was so flexible and great with communicating, which was great for scheduling a walk with very short notice. She relieved so much anxiety on my part by taking on the job with compassion, knowing that my girl was in great hands while I was across the country. She followed directions exactly and my pup loved her so much. I will be using her services again and highly recommend!”

“Coral is a sweetheart and my pets loved her. She was flexible, respectful, responsive and available to walk Lucy at the last minute due to a change in our work schedules. And though that’s all I hired her for, she also paused to pet my kitties and share updates on them as well which was much appreciated during my long days at work. When the need arises again I will for sure ask her to come back.”

I’m dependable, attentive, and calm under pressure, and I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with those you care about most. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, companionship, or extra attention while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same kindness, patience, and respect I’d want for my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family! I provide dependable, compassionate pet care that’s tailored to each pet’s unique needs and routine. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, administering medications when needed, or cleaning up after them, I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also pay close attention to changes in behavior or health, follow your instructions carefully, and provide updates along the way so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring, reliable hands.
I have a home with a fenced yard, of which we have a full view to keep an eye on sun-lounging dogs. In addition, we are able to crate animals if needed, or have an adjustable pen. In your home, I am capable of caring for your animal in whatever manner they are accustomed!
About: Hey!! I’m Ashley and I would love to take your pup on a walk! I have volunteered at animal shelter for about 6 years and have fostered dogs from 2022-2024. I currently have a sweet German Shepherd mix named Pluto who is amazing with other dogs if you are looking for a dog to socialize your dogs with:) I also have my family dog Teddy who is a miniature poodle. I will always treat your babies as one of my own!! I am available Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays at any time! I prefer early morning or late evening in the summer months to avoid hot temperatures. I am able to walk even the strongest dogs!! While volunteering and fostering I have had my fair share of strong pullers and I am comfortable walking any dog.
About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, and large animals like horses for many years both personally and in professional setting. I love working with animals and even have a degree in animal behavior. I am a full time graduate student in Animal Sciences at CSU. I have flexible daytime availability and am available evenings and weekends as well. I can be available for overnight stays as well. I have an 8 year old dog at home! I can care for pets who are friendly to dogs in my home, but all others in yours! I really enjoy taking dogs on walks both my own and others.
“She was very thorough and communicated amazing. I love all the pictures and very detailed in the happenings for the day! No question I will use her again in a heartbeat for dog walking, dog sitting, or anything! My dogs love her and she was very good with walking my Great Dane!”

“Judith is so nice to deal with. She is very prompt returning messages and is always accommodating. Our Abby loves being with her and her extended family and she always comes home happy and exhausted from all the playing. We will definitely use Judith again.”

“Ciara took great care of our 2 dogs for a week. Usually our dogs come home from a sitter and cling to us desperately, but our dogs came home from Ciara’s very calm and happy! She clearly loves dogs and we would highly recommend her. Our dogs especially loved that she had a fantastic dog park on site. Thanks, Ciara!”

“Leesa and her husband are the best sitters ever. No question. Leesa clearly loves dogs and does her best to make her home welcoming to them. She sent video and picture updates throughout the stay. She followed our instructions to a T and made sure she got their medication schedule right. I just wish she didn’t stay so booked so we could use her every time. Thanks again!”

“Jessica was really great with Leo. Her kids and Luca were also super awesome. She was extremely nice and will give you daily updates on your little ones progress. We really appreciate it Jessica.”
