6. Lily D.
About: My name is Lily! I am a lifelong animal lover and pet owner. I grew up surrounded by animals- dogs, cats, rats, ducks, birds, hedgehogs, lizards, and turtles. Growing up, wildlife rehabilitation was a passion and I participated in successfully rehabilitating and releasing wild birds. Partnering with my local animal shelter, as a teenager I fostered adult dogs, puppies, and litters of kittens, and have experience caring for dogs big and small. I am a Visual Artist and part of my early love of animals involved painting portraits of cats at the local shelter, to help them get adopted. I've since branched out as a painter but also like to offer pet portraits if there is any interest. I am also a runner and would love the opportunity to walk and provide invigorating exercise for your dog in addition to providing excellent and professional care to meet all your pup's needs. I have a very flexible schedule, and will work to provide you and your dog with the best experience I possibly can. I love animals of all kinds and am excited to meet yours! I'm currently working part-time, and taking classes online, so I have a very flexible schedule. I can fit regular weekly walks into my schedule and I also am able to accommodate more last minute walks. I have a reliable car and am able to offer transportation to natural wooded walking trails, but I am also very happy to walk your dog wherever you feel is best, whether it is in your around the block in your neighborhood or on a particular familiar route you and your dog are comfortable with. Safety is my top concern, however, and I will keep your pup on a leash, with a wide berth from other dogs and potential hazards, as a precaution unless otherwise instructed.

About: I've been a professional positive reinforcement based dog trainer since 2015, and have cared for numerous pets throughout this time (including dogs, cats, and even the odd chicken or goat!). I am CPDT-KA certified and knowledgeable in dog first aid. I will happily provide your pets with reliable care while reinforcing your routines and behavioral expectations as requested. I look forward to working with you and your furry family members! With my dog training schedule, I go back and forth between individual clients, classes, and at-home computer work each day. I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule, particularly when booked in advance for my services. I provide reliable and thoughtful in-home services. I will always enthusiastically support your behavioral expectations and preferred routines for your pets, and provide updates for each visit (along with photographs, if your animal will sit still for long enough!)
11. Andrew L.
“Andrew is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and development, which makes him so well-versed in training. He gets down to their level and plays with them. He has a way of making them comfortable and getting them to listen. He is thoughtful, caring, responsible, and professional. We don’t trust anyone else with our dogs. We just adopted a rescue, and he instantly bonded with Andrew. He is always happy to see Andrew and loves to play tug with him. We are grateful for his services and expertise.”

14. Madelin S.
About: Working at a doggie daycare since I was 19 taught me that different animals need different care. I have experience training, handling, feeding, administering medications (including insulin), and more with animals of all ages! I also have a soft spot for senior animals- they deserve just as much love as younger pets do! I am a graduate student at UMass Amherst. My schedule allows me to be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening during the week, depending on the day. Weekends are also flexible! I am cautious when entering homes, as some animals can be frightened and overwhelmed by too much excitement. I'm great at crating animals, cleaning up after them, and more than anything loving them!
15. Hannah S.
About: I have decades of pet sitting experience- from walking dogs and checking in on cats to boarding a dog in my home for a year. I have a rescue pup in my home who loves other dogs and would be excited for a playmate while you are away. I am a responsible professional adult with a family, and will always be reliable! I’m available for daily dog walks mid-day in the Northampton area, or 2-3 check ins per day on a cat or dog that doesn’t require overnight care We would go for daily walks and provide lots of snuggles, and do mealtimes as needed. For cats we could visit 1-2x daily and provide playtime as well.
