Services Timeline Rabbit Care and Drop-in Visits: In August 2023, I started my first rabbit care service for Charlie, an adult, female, and brown rabbit. Before serving my clients - Charlie and her owner, I was a foster parent for a four-year-old Californian rabbit in California for two months. My love for rabbits/bunnies began with my very first rabbit, Pepper, when I was a fifth grader. Pepper was my best friend at home for nine years until she died of natural causes. Cat Care and Housesitting: Starting in July of 2024, I expanded my services to pet care and housesitting. I work closely with my clients to offer them peace of mind when they are far away from home. To elevate my services, I offer extra services like organization and cleaning during my house-sitting period to help my clients come home to a cleaner space. Dog Walking: Starting in July of 2025, I expanded my services to dog walking. Each dog walking booking helps me learn about dogs in general and dog body language. There usually is a getting-to-know-each-other phase during the first couple of walks with a new dog. I am flexible with my dog-walking shift, depending on their mood and energy level. My job is to guarantee that both the owners and clients, aka my canine friends, are happy and satisfied with my help! Pet-sitting works for my WFH / freelance schedule at this moment. A dog walk or a drop-in pet care in the town is a nice break to step away from my desk to walk around. My schedule is sometimes flexible, but other times not as much. When we meet for our Meet-n-Greet, I would like to learn how flexible or strict you are about the time windows or check-in/check-out time. My goal is to run my pet care and house-sitting business and be determined to market a successful, service-based business.

Safety, trust & environment
When I visit my client's home, I take pictures of the litter box, food and water bowl, the pet's pen setup, etc and send them to my clients. If necessary, I could do live video calls with my clients. During my visit, I keep updating the pet's activity by sending pictures until I leave the house.
Ratings and reviews
Kristen went above and beyond in taking care of our dog chip and the house. Everything was perfect when we got home and chip was very relaxed and calm. She does an amazing job and we definitely appreciate everything.
Kristin paid a lot of attention to knowing and following my cat's usual routines. My cat is happy, healthy, and everything is as clean as I left it.
Took attentive care of our cat on short notice, and was very nice to her. Our cat was very relaxed when we got back home, which says more than a thousand words. Excellent pet-sitter, would recommend for anyone else.
She did a great job with my large dog who can be difficult at times. She had great communication with me while I was away including updates and pictures. When I got home the house was very clean and everything was just as we left it. My dog was very happy and relaxed when we arrived home. We will definitely be re booking when we are out of town

Schedule
I do AM and PM MMS messages to check in with my clients. I make sure that I check in within the desired time frame. Pet-sitting works for my WFH / freelance schedule at this moment.
