About: I have had dogs and cats as part of my family all my life. I have taken care of puppies and kittens to seniors and every step in between of my own and friends and family. My job is based on volume and is generally 6 to 8 hour day. I work 5 minutes from my house and at anytime if needed I would be able to run home for a potty or medication break My dogs are my world. I provide the up most safety standards for all of the furry paws that come into my life. I believe in treating everyone pets in a manner that I would expect mine to be. I have gone above and beyond to provide a secure fenced in yard. I also have a gate between the living area of my house and the front door to keep dogs from running out.
“Tanya is incredible!! She takes such good care of our dog Jewels! Just saying Tanya’s name in front of Jewels gets her tail wagging like crazy 🙂 Tanya is also responsive, sends wonderful information about their walks with cute pictures, and has helped me more than once when I had a question about how to manage things in the Rover app. We are very lucky to have her.”

“Sarah was a great dog walker for Ollie. He has some bad leash behaviors but Sarah handled it well. She was also very communicative and responsive. Happy to find someone reliable and good with dogs!”

About: I've grown up with 3 small to medium-sized dogs, including one that has issues with reactivity and anxiety. I have helped to train her and learned a variety of techniques from dog trainers. I have experience dog-sitting for friends and family, walking dogs through nature trails and neighborhoods, and taking care of puppies! I'm a full-time student, and I have experience with dogs, cats, and rodents! At home, I have two dogs, one of which is reactive/has anxiety. They demand a lot of attention because they’re major cuddle bugs. I have sat for dogs previously at my apartment and always have a good time! I am extremely attentive to my clients' notes and rules relating to pet care and house maintenance. I have experience dog-walking, pet-sitting, boarding, and training for both adult dogs and puppies.
About: Hi pet parents!! I take care of every pet like they’re my own. I have two cats of my own and have also looked after dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I make sure every pet is happy and thriving, and I like to send regular updates so you know they’re more than okay while you’re away. Hi pet parents! I’m available for pet care and can adjust to fit your needs. I’m currently between 9 to 5 roles, which gives me flexibility to care for your pets whenever they need me. I know cats especially feel most comfortable in their own space, so when caring for pets in their home, I follow their usual routines, provide affection and supervision, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed.
“James is very professional and knowledgeable and has a quiet confidence that is very effective with our high energy dog. Looking forward to more walks together in the future!”

“Alexio was reliable, flexible, a good communicator and deeply cares about the well being and good manners of our dog Maisy. He provided mid-day walks M-F for the entire school year. I trust him, have recommended him for friends, and hope he’ll be available when we need him next!”
About: I have been the proud dog dad of Franklin, a rescue 14 year old terrier mix, for over 9 years, who suffers from separation anxiety. More recently, I have cared for him through eye removal surgery as well as terminal joint and heart issues. As a result, I have experience giving oral, ocular and topical medications. I have this experience with other dogs as well, as I am always quick to volunteer for any opportunity to walk or babysit a friend or families dog - even going so far as to visit dogs rather than people at family weddings. I'm currently unemployed, so 100% of the time I'm not with my dog I can and want to spend taking care of your dog! Please check my schedule or reach out. First and foremost, I care for animals by showing them love and respect. When it comes to caring for your pet, I will conscientiously follow all instructions you provide and never put your pet in any danger.
About: I've been my family and friends go to pet sitter for as long as I can remember. I'm moving to a new apartment that doesn't allow dogs, so I wanted to get my dog time in through Rover and help pet parents along the way. I work from home and have very open availability. I’d love to be you’re substitute for a couple of days or even be a scheduled visitor or walker! I really enjoy the outdoors and love to take dogs on walks/hikes but can also go the chill route. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I will have to go to you though as my apartment does not allow animals. I like to receive instructions from each pet parent and follow accordingly. I ask lots of questions regarding feeding schedule, temperament, activity level, special requests or needs. I send lots of pics too! I do not let dogs that I'm sitting for interact with other dogs.
“Anna is super sweet and very communicative! She helped out walking my dog very last minute which I so appreciate. Would definitely recommend her and will absolutely be using her again in the future :)”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs in my home since I was young. Five years ago, I rescued a handsome handful named Alphie. I currently have a beautiful 8 year old rescue and have learned a lot of positive training techniques that I will bring to any pup friend that I meet. I work from home and have updated availability for house sitting, drop ins, and walks. I love exploring new hikes, running new routes, and spending time at the dog park. If we find that your dog is a good fit with my own, I am willing to arrange some social time but generally leave Alphie at home when watching other dogs!! I am currently studying for a licensing exam while working part time from home. I am happy to adjust my schedule to fit into your animal’s routines and needs. I’m very active and love to go on runs, walks, and hikes with pups. I love walking around neighborhoods and exploring with dog friends! I think safe socialization is really important and am open to creating space for dogs to play!
About: Hi, I’m Jaclyn! I’ve always been an animal lover. I have taken care of family, friend’s, and coworker’s pets for over 15 years. I have been consistently pet sitting since 2020. This ranges from cats, kittens, senior dogs and puppies, to rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, mice, and tropical frogs. I make sure to keep your space clean; laundry, dishes, vacuum, take in the mail, take out the trash. I want your home to be a safe haven when you get back, with nothing to tend to when you return. I am a wonderful companion, and I make sure your pet is happy, clean, litter scooped, fed, walked, and they will get lots of love and playtime. I always respect their cues and boundaries for everyone’s comfort. Animals love me! Whether they enjoy playing ball or walks, or snuggles on the couch, I want to make sure your fur-babies are happy and cared for in your absence. I provide a free meet-and-greet before sitting dates; I want to meet you and your pet, and ensure they are comfortable with me ahead of my visit. I love check-ins for longer stays and taking photos. My house sitting overnight services are in high-demand so please book ahead for best results. Let me know how I can help! I look forward to meeting you ☺️🐶🐾 I began working at a doggy daycare in May, so a couple days a week I have a shift there, typically Tuesdays and Fridays. Otherwise, I’m mainly focused on house sitting, or dog walking. I am often in Amherst or Greenfield, and don’t mind traveling. My house sitting is very in demand so please book early. I have more flexibility for daytime walks. Thank you! I will go over your regular routines for your furry family member, and chat about what keeping your pet safe looks like. I love a good harness for walks, I’m familiar with gentle leads, and I carefully supervised backyard playtime. Wood trails are great for walks and I always keep a close eye to make sure your pet is not getting into any mischief! I exercise the utmost caution when walking on the street, keeping alert for traffic or other hazards. I carefully assess dogs we may meet on the street to ensure safety and distance if necessary, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. I have a good eye for ticks and I am always finding them, but your dog should be treated for this, too. Your best friend is in good hands with me!
“Jacklyn has been an excellent dog walker! She sends a detailed review of each walk and was very accommodating when I needed a second dog to join. My dog has really enjoyed having walking with her.”

About: I have cared and worked with cats and dogs since a young age. I will take my time to get to know your animals and they will trust and look forward to seeing me! I work at a high school Monday-Friday 7:45-2:15. I spend my early mornings drinking coffee and getting ready, and am available to spend those in addition to my afternoons, evenings, and weekends with your animals! I fully communicate with clients to ensure set boundaries and specific pet care needs. I can be hands on and active, or simply a presence in the room to ease anxiety.
“Dan is so attentive and caring with my dog. He clearly understands dog behavior. I totally trust him which is very relieving since I have a large rescue. He communicates well, is always on time and is flexible if I need a change in schedule. I feel so lucky to have him around. Thanks for all you do Dan!”
