About: I've worked with a variety of dogs, cats and exotic animals since I was a teenager. From walking and caring for Pittbulls, Labradors to teacup dogs. I've also cared for my own German Shepard from childhood. I currently care for an elderly kitty and do my best to minimize his hip pain and care for his ear irriation with vet recommendation ear drops. My schedule is flexible due to my work in freelancing, I am available almost all hours as long as I am given a 24-48 hours heads up. I will cater my services to your pets needs ensuring they are getting the most while you are away. I understand that every pet is different and will have specific needs. Whether that be actively playing or walking your energetic dog until they are tuckered out for the evening or ensuring your senior dog is able to enjoy his walk at a slow leisure pace and hang out with them for however long is needed to make sure they aren't lonely. I read instructions carefully to make sure pill doses are correctly given at the times needed, enclosures are properly lit and cleaned, and food is given correctly. I am open to pets that have specific needs.
“Jaclyn goes above and beyond for the pets she cares for. We got lots of updates and pictures throughout the weekend, and the house was spotless when we arrived home. It felt like our pets were getting a vacation and not just adequate care. My dog was happy and exhausted on Sunday night. Our cat gave Jaclyn a bit of a hard time and was being protective of his space. Jaclyn was patient and a good sport, and Louie got over it quickly! Everyone was happy and stress-free when we got back. Absolutely nothing but good things to say! We'll be lucky if Jaclyn is available next time we need pet care.”

About: I am intuitive and attentive to the animals feelings and needs. I focus on their happiness and well being. I engage constantly, feed them delicious nutrients, exercise them well and try to make our short time as positive as I can. I truly enjoy prioritizing and bonding with them! During the academic calender I host one pet at a time. I may have a temporary foster dog, but most likely not simultaneously. During the academic breaks I am available all day. As a result, I may have two dogs at once on breaks, but never more than two. About: I’ve taken care of my family and friends dogs and cats. They have relied on me to feed, water, walk and occasionally give oral medication. I’m currently working up to 30 hours (4 days a week) over the summer while getting my masters at Smith College. I cannot afford to have a dog or cat of my own. None of the directions we left about our old house threw her off her game. Also, Alexis is great about communication: just enough pet fotos and check ins. Julia is such a sweet, kind, compassionate, patient, smart, rockstar! We adopted a large mix breed 3yr old dog, and she was excellent with keeping up his training during the overnight we were gone! He was a happy dog! She played with him a bunch, and long walks. She also kept our home very tidy! We are looking forward to supporting Julia’s business as much as possible! HIGHLY recommend!
Our two large, adolescent pups were in such great hands the 3 days and 2 nights that Anna was at our house taking care of them. One of them is a recent rescue and a bit reactive to new dogs, so Anna did a great job of taking them on separate walks. We received plenty of updates and were happy to hear that our dogs were so at ease around Anna! If we go out of town again and need a sitter for Poppy and Bramble, we definitely will reach out to Anna again!
Morgan did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Cub and parrot Rainbow while we were away. She was very kind and reassuring with Cub who has issues with anxiety, especially around other dogs and large moving vehicles. Even though parrot care was new to her, she succeeded in charming Rainbow and even endured his loud discussion of all things avian! Morgan also took care of our mail, dealt with a smoke alarm going off, kept us updated, and cleaned before she departed.
Mimi was fantastic! She sent us pictures throughout her stay of Loki, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we got home, not only was our pup happy and well-cared for, but our home felt even cleaner than when we left. We’d absolutely book with her again!
