About: I have lived with a variety of animals, and have experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, and rabbits. I have done several years of pet sitting for family and friends, and am looking for more pet sitting opportunities while I return for nursing school. I am currently at school part time, and am free most of the week to watch pets, house sit, or go for walks with pups. I have a fenced in yard and rural walking area with hiking trails for walking outdoors. I am also free to travel to homes and stay with pets as long as needed. About: I’ve spent over a decade working with animals, starting in Birmingham, Alabama, where I rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed dogs through a bully breed rescue. I’ve also rescued and socialized cats and kittens, rehoming entire families. I currently have an active profile with Trusted House Sitters that has several five star reviews. After moving to New England, I worked at a cat hospice and later as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital. I’ve always had animals since I was a kid—especially cats—and I’ve also cared for reptiles, small pets like hamsters, and even fish. While we were gone, he kept us updated every day, even if it was just a "they are doing great" text and a picture. Colin is very responsive and we will definitely be asking him to watch our dogs again!”
