“Ash was wonderful with my anxious dog Charlie! Ash was so sensitive to reading Charlie's needs, took things slow, and within 24 hours they were fast friends! Ash was extremely communicative, providing multiple updates and pictures throughout the day. He took Charlie to his favorite dog park, and now we're going to pursue training with Ash to work on Charlie's confidence. The house was beautifully looked over as well. Cannot recommend enough across the board, but particularly if you have special needs dogs or a puppy who is anxious/with behavioral challenges.”

About: I’ve spent over a decade working with animals, starting in Birmingham, Alabama, where I rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed dogs through a bully breed rescue. I’ve also rescued and socialized cats and kittens, rehoming entire families. I currently have an active profile with Trusted House Sitters that has several five star reviews. After moving to New England, I worked at a cat hospice and later as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital. I’ve always had animals since I was a kid—especially cats—and I’ve also cared for reptiles, small pets like hamsters, and even fish. I’ve lived in many homes over the years and have often housesat for friends and family, so I’m comfortable caring for both pets and the spaces they love. I even have experience as a house cleaner and organizer and believe in leaving spaces better than I found them. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work part-time as a cheer coach a couple of times a week and occasionally help with our family business, but my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to be available most days for quality time, pet visits, walks, and check-ins. I enjoy building pet care into my routine and making sure animals get the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. 🐾 Caring for animals is truly a passion of mine, and I treat every pet with the same love and attention I would give my own. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, their safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. About: I may not have a bunch of years of pet care like others on this app, but one thing I know is that I truly LOOVE pets. I’m patient, dependable, and eager to learn while giving pets the attention, affection, and respect they deserve. I grew up with 2 dogs and 3 cats and I can confidently say I loved them and deeply cared for them while I had them. Now I wish to spread my love and care to other pets.❤️ With college starting, I have class from 9am-2pm, I’m available most days and have a flexible schedule. I have swim practices at night Monday through thursday, but outside of that I’m free and happy to dedicate my time to caring for pets. I take safety and trust very seriously. I follow pet owners’ instructions carefully, keep environments clean and calm, and make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and treated with patience and respect at all times.
