He asked pertinent questions about our dog so he could provide a comforting and familiar environment: he had good ideas about how to cope with peculiarities of our particular dog. Alexio took our dog out for plenty of walks, which he really enjoys, providing sufficient opportunities for relief; he also stuck to the medicine schedule ensuring that our dog's health was maintained. Alexio managed giving a variety of medications and eye drops, which can be tricky with an unfamiliar pet. We received plenty of photographs documenting how our dog was doing, which was comforting. When we picked up our dog he was calm and happy. We'll certainly ask Alexio to care for our dog in the future!”

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life growing up. I know how to care for them and love them correctly. I love being around pets. I currently work part time so I’m not too busy with work. For doggy daycare and boarding: Right now, I dont own any dogs. Your dogs would be the only dogs in my home. When there are dogs in my home, my cats are safely locked away in the basement with their food, toys, water, and playhouses. There will be no interaction. About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a kid, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. As a full-time student, I’ve built a schedule that gives me plenty of time for pet care. I also work at a doggy daycare in Avon, CT, so my work schedule usually varies throughout the week. I’m happy to communicate my availability ahead of time and work with each pet parent to find a schedule that works best for everyone. I’m generally more flexible on days I’m not working and can often accommodate evenings and weekends. I treat every pet like they’re my own and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. Working at a doggy daycare has given me experience handling dogs with all different personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to their body language and routines and always make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise, attention, rest, food, and potty breaks. I also understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow each pet’s specific routine and their owner’s instructions.

When there are dogs in my home, my cats are safely locked away in the basement with their food, toys, water, and playhouses. There will be no interaction. I am currently working part time (remotely) and fully available to care for your pets, play with them, give them all the attention, care, and love they deserve! Morning, afternoon, evening, late night care is well within my timeframe. Caring for your dog: I will only walk on leash - no unleashed care unless within a fully fenced backyard. If you are training your dog, I will be able to continue with training. I am able to administer medication if needed. If your dog has any allergies or requires special food, please be sure to let me know. Happy to perform brushing or baths if needed. Pets, hugs, playtime, or lounging and relaxing - whatever their preference and makes them feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. As for caring for your cats, I request a full schedule of their feeding times, and recommendations as to what they enjoy playing with. If they like to be brushed, please note.
