About: I’ve spent over a decade working with animals, starting in Birmingham, Alabama, where I rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed dogs through a bully breed rescue. I’ve also rescued and socialized cats and kittens, rehoming entire families. I currently have an active profile with Trusted House Sitters that has several five star reviews. After moving to New England, I worked at a cat hospice and later as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital. I’ve always had animals since I was a kid—especially cats—and I’ve also cared for reptiles, small pets like hamsters, and even fish. I’ve lived in many homes over the years and have often housesat for friends and family, so I’m comfortable caring for both pets and the spaces they love. I even have experience as a house cleaner and organizer and believe in leaving spaces better than I found them. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work part-time as a cheer coach a couple of times a week and occasionally help with our family business, but my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to be available most days for quality time, pet visits, walks, and check-ins. I enjoy building pet care into my routine and making sure animals get the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. 🐾 Caring for animals is truly a passion of mine, and I treat every pet with the same love and attention I would give my own. About: I have lived with a variety of animals, and have experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, and rabbits. I have done several years of pet sitting for family and friends, and am looking for more pet sitting opportunities while I return for nursing school. I am currently at school part time, and am free most of the week to watch pets, house sit, or go for walks with pups. I have a fenced in yard and rural walking area with hiking trails for walking outdoors. I am also free to travel to homes and stay with pets as long as needed.
