“This family provided my dog exceptional care! My dog came back even healthier than before lol. It is so nice that your beloved dog is getting amazing care and having fun while you are away. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Karl did an amazing job with our Great Dane! Not a lot of people are up for caring for such a big dog, but Karl wasn’t intimidated. Our dog loved his stay and came home happy and healthy! Thank you, Karl!”

“I am a Rover host myself, but needed to find 1 night's accommodations for a long-term boarding. Patti and hubby were great. Kept me updates with pics and narrative, and gave willow plenty of exercise and fetch in their fenced in yard.”
“Sandra is great! Lottie clearly remembers her and is so excited to see her which says it all. She communicates well, loves dogs and has a nice fenced in yard. We will keep coming back for sure!”

“I booked Rachel last minute fully expecting for her to not respond or say she was available and she responded within minutes for my last second request. She and her family took excellent care of Hank and sent me several pictures and updates through out. 10/10. Very happy to have found someone trust worthy i can leave my dog with and have no worries without feeling like i am burdening friends or family.”

“My dog loves it at Nicole’s house! She is happily entertained with toys and bones each time and loves playing with Nicole’s daughter. It’s a great environment with a fenced yard, and Nicole is amazing at sending updates. Always a 10/10 experience!”

“Carmela was super nice with my elder dog. My chihuahua suffered violence from a teenager and now his behavior is not the best. Carmela was so comprehensive and knew how to manage him to keep him feel safe in her home. I am so thankful that she received my baby in her home for the time I had to travel.”

“I booked sort of last minute and wasn't able to make a meet and greet happen (though Abigale kindly offered) and I felt totally comfortable dropping my Bernie off. I got plenty of updates while away and plan to use them again! Bernie was well cared for! And their home is lovely! Thank you!”

“Riley and Hudson had an amazing stay with Heather. I received photo and videos of the dogs playing and doing tricks. The dogs even came home smelling better than they did when I dropped them off. She did such a good job I booked her for more weekends over the summer.”

“Bella had a great time at Novelette's home with her two dogs. She is very caring and keep me updated on how Bella was doing. Bella arrived injured (she spained her leg just before I was scheduled to leave on vacation) and Novelette took great care of her and made sure she received her medications on time. She also checked on Bella after she returned home which I greatly appreciate. Bella and I look forward to her sprending more time with Novelette and her pups.”

“Dorothy was great - she and her family made Bruno feel very welcome and secure and kept us updated while we were away. He has a special diet and daily medication and she was great with giving that to him. Definitely will book again.”
“Brock came home happy and calm. Arrangements were easy to make, and Furrough and Amir were very responsive when I reached out for updates. I appreciated getting photos, especially right after drop-off.”

“Morgan was super helpful when I needed a sitter on my road trip! She was so good with Molly and helped out extra since Molly wasn’t feeling the best on my trip and eating irregularly”

“Sam and her family took excellent care of my two dogs! Communication was top-notch, and I loved to see how happy and well cared for they were. They came home content and tired, which is the best review of all. It’s clear they had a great time in your beautiful spot in the forest. Thank you so much, Sam! 🤩”

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, and outdoor time when appropriate, while also making sure they get plenty of affection, snuggles, and supervision. What sets me apart is that I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love dogs. I understand every dog is different, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I work remotely from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day for the pets in my care. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.
“Summer was lovely to communicate with and sent a lot of photos of Raven, which I loved ! Raven was super pooped when I picked her up so I know she had a lot of exercise too.”

“Our two cats really liked Mickala. She went above and beyond helping us with several situations such as trimming a cat's nails and cleaning up some ants which got into the auto-feeders.”

“Tanya is always a wonderful sitter! Extremely trustworthy, has never missed a session to drop in and feed/care for our cat on the rare occasion we’re all away and can’t bring him with us. This is our second time having her drop in to help and she was wonderful. Highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve been caring for cats since I was eight years old and have had four cats throughout my life. Every cat has had a different personality, which has taught me to respect their individual needs, whether they’re playful and social or shy and independent. I also cared for my senior kitty after she became disabled, giving me experience with giving medications, grooming, litter box care, mobility assistance, and adapting routines for a cat with special needs. Caring for her taught me additional patience, compassion, and the importance of paying attention to the little things that keep cats healthy and comfortable. I understand that cats thrive on routine, so I’ll try my best to make sure your cat feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether they want someone to play with, cuddle, or simply provide a calm presence, I’ll care for them like they’re my own. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

About: I have lived my entire life with cats as my constant friends and loyal companions, all rescued! I speak Fluent Feline and most recently shared my home with my beloved feral cats Josie and Shadow for over 15 years until both passed away unexpectedly within 6 weeks of each other in late 2024. I was devastated and decided to start my pet care business as a way to continue to have feline love and connection in my life without having my own cats anymore. I have years of experience caring for my many Kitten, Adult, Senior and “Special Needs” cats and those of friends and family when away from home. I even provide cat massage and Reiki sessions on request to felines under my care and they love this extra level of pampering!!

About: I’ve owned three cats throughout my life, so I understand their behavior, temperaments, and how unique each personality can be. I strongly admire cats for their independence and quirks, and I have a soft spot for orange cats especially. I’m comfortable reading their signals, giving them space when needed, and also making sure they feel loved and cared for.

“Thomas has been wonderful to our pup. They’ve great walks together. He’s kind and responsive, and we feel very comfortable having our big ball of energy of a pup with him!”

About: I have experience taking care of pets with varying attachment styles - ranging from anxious, young dogs to elderly, affectionate cats who need lots of attention! I am very adaptable and can match a pet's energy levels well. I appreciate taking the time to get to know a pet in order to build a comfortable bond. I am a local graduate student, I mostly have classes in the mornings during the week and currently have limited responsibilities outside of school, so I have lots of time to dedicate to pet care. I like to learn pets' physical boundaries, so I ease into how I approach playing and petting with them. When I have cared for anxious pets who experience separation anxiety when away from their owners, I focus my care on maintaining a calm environment in the home while making sure they are fed and hydrated.

About: I’ve given love and care to multiple dogs and cats ranging from puppies and kittens to seniors. I feel very comfortable administering medications and will give exceptional care to animals with special needs. As an Animal Science major at UMASS, I currently study/work with farm and companion animals. I’m currently working part time, leaving optimal time to care for your pets! I am available for pet sitting or walking Sunday-Wednesday all day and Thursday-Saturday before 3pm and after 8:30pm. I am flexible to your needs! I love all pets and will provide lots of love and affection. I’m willing to give walks and/or do overnights.

“Very attentive and communicative. Was on time for the visits and even gave a little extra time when she could which we appreciated! Very professional and knowledgeable. Would book her again!”

“Natalie was great! Communicated with us throughout, sent lots of pictures, and wrote thoughtful, entertaining updates for each visit. We hope Natalie will be available next time our cats need a sitter!”

“Matt stayed with our two cats and administered insulin to our oldest cat Mojo despite some challenges with Mojo being uncooperative. Matt was good at communicating any issues and seeking help. He cared for our house very well and left it clean and in good shape. I would recommend Matt.”

“Bree was great with checking in on our two cats! She was very communicative and professional. Plus she takes adorable pictures! I will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve had many dogs and cats as pets and there have been medical issues I have learned to deal with such as asthma, arthritis injections and heart murmurs. I have also worked at vet clinics for summer jobs! I am currently a full time student as UMASS Amherst. Most of my availability will be on weekends but I can also do weekday evenings. I will not be in MA during holidays since I go home to my family. I can drop-in to feed animals or I can spend some time with the animals. I am happy to go for walks or if the animals prefer to stay inside, I can bring some work to do while I am there.

“Grace did a wonderful job of watching our two cats while we were away. One of our cats is very shy and hid from her and Grace followed up to make sure we had seen him on our pet cam to make sure that he was ok which was so appreciated. Our other cat who is the opposite of shy enjoyed a lot of love and attention! The cats and our home was well taken care of and Grace was very communicate and caring throughout. We would absolutely book Grace again and highly recommend her services!”

“When I needed a caretaker again for my two cats, I looked no further than Lukas. I had all the faith in the world that the cats would be well cared for. And I certainly was not disappointed. Hazel and KitKat respond really well to Lukas' warmth and friendliness. Please consider Lukas for all your pet care needs.”

“Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!”

About: Although I have not had many years of experience my family had a stray cat in our neighborhood that would come to the house but never get to close enough to touch, the first time I met her she instantly connected with me and has now been my pet for 3 years!

“Carol was a great communicator who made us feel confident our cat was in good hands while we were away. She shared daily updates and photos that showed our moody cat warming up to her a bit more during each visit.”

“Arlo is pooped after his day with Jesse! :-). He got walks and playtime with his dog and lounging time galore! Jesse clearly cares to give daycare dogs a full day! I feel glad to have found Jesse as an option in this area where the doggy daycares are often “not taking new clients” or they don’t open until after I need to be at work!”

About: I've had many different pets including dogs and cats! Experienced with different ages and needs including medications, behavioral, and sizes. Available for boarding, drop in, and walks I currently work mostly from home so I'm flexible for boarding and daytime visits. Love taking long walks and spending time at home with animals. Happy to take dogs on long walks and nature adventures with permission. I have cats and rabbits at home as well. I also have separate space for boarding or day care. Looking for consistent clients to build lasting relationships between me and your pet(s), as well as any last minute needs from new clients.
“We appreciated Megan's care for Jack, our vibrant, deaf 14 year old shih tzu, especially as I made last minute arrangements after traveling for a family funeral service and burial. She was helpful, reassuring and accommodating with all that Jack needed. We're grateful and recommend asking her to dog-sit.”

“Thank you Forough and Amir! We were nervous at first how Russell would do and how he would get along with other dogs, so we were so relieved to hear that he fit right in! We would definitely feel comfortable leaving him with Forough and Amir again and look forward to scheduling another visit!”

About: i’ve taken care of dogs/animals mostly all my life ,im 21 and owned a dog half my life also but sadly i had to put him down so now i would love to dog sit to still show my love , interest and care into dogs without owning my own again yet i’m home all day unless i make plans and adding pet care into my day would allow me to be more active and it just gives me something do to during the day i have a fended in yard and a good sized back yard for pets to play and roam freely , no other pets in the house hold at the moment,

“Samantha and Brian has a large backyard for my dog to roam and they took him on a nice hike in the woods. My dog had so much fun with them and their young kids. I would choose them again for a eventful daycare that my swiss shepherd definitely needs!”

“Katie was awesome with my dog! The moment my dog saw her, he wanted to play and I felt comfortable knowing he was going to be able to run around in her fenced yard, go on a walk and play with her. She sent me lots of cute pictures of my dog having a great time with chew toys and running around. He was very happy after a day with Katie. I loved that at the end of the day, she gave me a rundown of how his day went and whether he ate or did his business outside. I would definetly refer Katie and have my dog stay with her again!!!”

About: I sincerely LOVE getting to know each individual dog's personality (quirks and all!) and learning about what makes them happiest. I have many years of experience: walking dogs in NYC & in Western Mass; pet-sitting for my friends', neighbors' and partner's dogs (as well as for other types of pets). I create a warm, nurturing and happy environment for my precious furry friends to thrive. (Please note: on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, I am usually available from 11 AM-5:30 PM; on Mondays & Wednesdays, I am usually available from 11 AM -12 PM) I'm currently working part-time as a educator (tutor) so I have ample time to provide dog care (walking, drop-in day care and occasional boarding) during the week, Mon-Wed and Thurs-Friday. On occasion, I may be able to board dogs during the weekend. I live in an extremely peaceful, quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood (the Plains of Easthampton) toward the end of a cul-de-sac. So there is almost no cars or traffic here. I do have a front & back yard. Although it is not fenced, it is backed by trees and, as mentioned, almost zero traffic
“Katie and her family were an absolute dream! I couldn’t be more pleased with how attentive and caring they were towards our puppy. I highly recommend Katie! I wish we lived closer to use her again! Thank you, Katie!”

“We were traveling through and Kristin was wonderful for a last minute doggy daycare visit! She has a beautiful property, 2 wonderful dogs that Stevie played and cuddled with and provided a much needed rest day for Stevie from all the travel commotion:)”

About: Hi! My name is Kayla, and I’m an Animal Science student with professional experience caring for dogs and a lifetime of experience caring for cats. I offer care in client’s homes through drop-in visits, walks and extended drop-ins. I spent 2 years working at a dog rescue, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning kennels, exercising dogs, monitoring their health and behavior, and helping nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable. Working with rescue dogs taught me how to read body language, stay calm in new situations, and provide patient, compassionate care. I’ve also been a cat owner since I was eight years old and have had four cats throughout my life. My senior cat became disabled later in life, so I have experience with medication, grooming, litter box care, and adapting routines for pets with special needs. That experience gave me a special place in my heart for senior animals and pets who need a little extra patience. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I also love keeping owners updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! As a full-time Animal Science student, I schedule pet care around my classes and keep my availability updated on Rover. I only accept bookings I can fully commit to, and once I accept a booking your pet becomes a priority. I offer reliable drop-in visits and dog walking, and I’m happy to spend extra time with your pets when needed to make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I provide care in my clients’ homes through drop-in visits, walks, and extended drop-ins so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, exercise needs, and any special instructions. I always treat my clients’ homes with respect, make safety my top priority, and provide regular photo and message updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Tanya is incredible!! She takes such good care of our dog Jewels! Just saying Tanya’s name in front of Jewels gets her tail wagging like crazy 🙂 Tanya is also responsive, sends wonderful information about their walks with cute pictures, and has helped me more than once when I had a question about how to manage things in the Rover app. We are very lucky to have her.”

About: I've worked in multiple areas of animal care including breeding and puppy development, dog daycare, and veterinary care. I have experience caring for all different breeds and ages of dogs! I don't have much professional experience with cats, but I have lived with many cats throughout my life and am a huge cat lover! I do not have any pets myself as I recently lost my dog. So i am in serious need of some dog time! I am available any time after 2:00pm sunday-thursday and all day friday and saturday(: some days i am available earlier than that, typically sundays and mondays im available around 12:30-1:00pm. I am happy to accommodate any of your pet's needs! I can walk, play, just give love, whatever makes your baby feel the most enriched and happy. I know every dog and cat has their own specific needs and I'm very dedicated to that! I live in a small studio apartment. There is plenty of great space to take walks near my house (i live right on the bike trail) but i do not have a fenced in yard. If this sounds like it could be suitable for your pet, i'm more than happy to board them(:
“Dorjee was wonderful! She was kind, dependable and my dog loved her. Sunny was excited to see her each day. We really appreciate her and look forward to working with her in the future.”

“Thomas did an excellent job walking and giving our dogs attention. We have a pittie and hound dog mix. Both can be high energy at times and Thomas walked both of them together with ease. He also gave them play time in the yard if they still had energy. I really appreciated his use of the report card, attaching photos and notes for the day. I was at total ease during my business trip. I knew my pups were happy and tired after a midday play date with Thomas. I would 1000% use him again and recommend him to others.”

I’m heading to UMass to study Animal Science and hope to join the National Guard to gain EOD bomb-sniffing dog experience. I currently own a high-energy Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix I rescued, and I’ve also cared for an elderly Shih Tzu who needed lots of special attention and patience. I’m very work-oriented, reliable, and people have told me I’m great with customer service. Neighbors, friends, and family often count on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets, and I truly love every moment of it. I’m generally more flexible on days I’m not working and can often accommodate evenings and weekends. I treat every pet like they’re my own and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. Working at a doggy daycare has given me experience handling dogs with all different personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to their body language and routines and always make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise, attention, rest, food, and potty breaks. I also understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow each pet’s specific routine and their owner’s instructions.

“Lovely, courteous, complimentary to our pup (who doesn't love a dogsitter that identifies and praises all our dog's best features?!?), and a really good sport hanging out with Calcifer on a muggy, hot, tick-filled day. Thanks!”

“Daniel was really sweet with our high energy lab. He took Ziggy off our hands amidst the chaos of moving day and brought him home happy and tired, which made such a difference for us! We are happy to be moved into the area now and will definitely use Daniel again.”

About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 10. Most of my experience has come from helping family, friends, and neighbors with their pets when they need someone they can trust. I’ve taken care of pets with different personalities and energy levels, and I really enjoy getting to know what makes each one comfortable and happy. I’m happy to take dogs on walks, play with them, feed them, give them attention, or just keep them company, and I’m just as comfortable spending time with cats and making sure they get the care and attention they need. I pay close attention to details, especially if your pet seems uncomfortable, and I can’t help but shower them with love and attention because they’re just too cute!

About: I’ve spent over a decade working with animals, starting in Birmingham, Alabama, where I rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed dogs through a bully breed rescue. I’ve also rescued and socialized cats and kittens, rehoming entire families. I currently have an active profile with Trusted House Sitters that has several five star reviews. After moving to New England, I worked at a cat hospice and later as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital. I’ve always had animals since I was a kid—especially cats—and I’ve also cared for reptiles, small pets like hamsters, and even fish. I’ve lived in many homes over the years and have often housesat for friends and family, so I’m comfortable caring for both pets and the spaces they love. I even have experience as a house cleaner and organizer and believe in leaving spaces better than I found them. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work part-time as a cheer coach a couple of times a week and occasionally help with our family business, but my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to be available most days for quality time, pet visits, walks, and check-ins. I enjoy building pet care into my routine and making sure animals get the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. 🐾 Caring for animals is truly a passion of mine, and I treat every pet with the same love and attention I would give my own. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, their safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I believe every walk, play session, or visit should be a highlight of their day, and I make sure to give them plenty of affection, attention, and enrichment. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and happy while their owners are away.

“This is really our first experience learning Pepper with someone. Of course I was not sure how it will go and was a bit worried. But, Megan made it much much easier with her kindness on updates and sending pictures of Pepper. That was so nice. Thank you Megan! Overall a service I will use again and will recommend!”

“Christian is great! He is patient, chill, and very good with dogs! I loved that our dog wanted to go back inside with him when we had to leave; that is a great sign!”

“Great clean and organizes place. clear communication. Adam was very friendly and the house was very clean, so I felt very comfortable leaving my dog for duration of his stay. His dog Rocky was friendly as well and was a great playmate for my dog Kitsu. I will definitely be booking with Adam again! Highly recommended.”
