About: I have always had pets since I was a young girl. Dogs, cats, and even a rabbit named Honey! My passion and love for animals has inevitably made me the designated pet sitter amongst my family and friends, as they know I will always give their babies the upmost care and attention. My philosophy has always been: Your pet isn’t “just a pet” they are family and they have their own feelings and needs. When you’re away, I want you to have complete peace of mind knowing they’re being cared for with the same patience, attention, and affection I would give my own. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, quirks, and individual needs, and I’m happy to follow any special instructions that you may require. You can also expect plenty of communication from me, including consistent updates, photos, and quick check-ins so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, happy, and comfortable, so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pup, earn their trust, and give them some extra love and companionship when you need to get away! I have a small business and create my own schedule so I am very flexible on a daily and weekly basis. I prefer a few days notice for any overnight stays or cancellations, otherwise I’m open and available for you and your pups! I typically like to follow the routine that the owners have set in place regarding walks, potty breaks, feed times, wind down, and anything else that might establish a sense of normalcy for your dog even when you aren’t around. I’m always willing to offer treats and other things if recommended or approved.

About: I have had medium/large dogs for most of my life. I have taken care of a 35lb Australian Cattle dog as well as 2 pit bulls between 55-70lbs. I've also dog-sat a dog under 10lbs and walked dogs who were 140lbs. I've also worked in home with families who had cats ranging in size and demeanor. I work full time which is why I can only do sitting on weekends. I am looking to do more hobbies and this seems like something fun for me to add. I care for my dog Zelda who's partially blind so I have an awareness for disabled pups. That is also the reason I cannot board dogs in my home. I would likely spend a large portion of my day with the dog I'm taking care of, giving them some kind of walk during the day and making sure to lock up each time I leave the home. I would make sure they are fed on time and receive the same kind of loving care I give my dogs at home.

More importantly, she was good with Ricky, took him out for walks as well as for his sanitary needs, and kept us regularly informed, with pictures. About: Calm, quiet environment with a sitter who craves doggy time. My 12 year old black lab recently lost her fight with cancer. Not ready to bring home a new dog, but would love to care for your precious fur babies while you are away. I offer patience and attention to your canine's needs. I'm a human nurse but also experienced with dogs special needs such as insulin administration. I work Monday-Friday, Home on weekends. No young children. Available for walks, dog Parks (dog park with your approval), or hanging out in the yard secured on a 50 foot lead. Dogs are not left outside unattended. You're welcome to bring your pets favorite toy for us to use during their stay. Will try to keep them on your schedule for easy transition from home to sitter. I speak to animals as of they can respond. Days are better with happy pets! Friday drop-off at 5:30 pm. Sunday pick-up by 8:00pm. I have a large yard and a spacious house. Spend weekend around the house doing small projects, crafting or cleaning. It's a quiet, stress free household with a very flexible schedule. While I miss my own pet I'm looking to offer a love-centered environment similar to children visiting their favorite Aunties house.

About: I have a 6 year old Jack Russel/Chihuahua that is the sweetest most loving girl! I have trained her myself since she was a puppy, I have learned SO much. I have a schedule that’s a little all over the place but I’m willing to work out different times through the week that best suits you and your dog. It’s something that would have to be discussed based on your wants and needs for your dog. All dogs are different, every dog owner is different. But I would be sure to feed, give them water and walk as needed.

“We have only been away from our fur babies one time in all of the years that we have had them. They are both rescues and came from horrific pasts. The one time that we were away, a familiar family member stayed overnight with them. That being said, the decision to leave our fur babies (and our home) in the care of someone who was unfamiliar to them and us was a very stressful and uncomfortable feeling. After reading/reviewing numerous profiles and talking to/meeting with a few potential sitters, we were blessed to meet Georgia. We felt it was a perfect fit, on our end, shortly after she arrived at our home for the initial visit. Watching how Georgia interacted with our high energy and anxious dogs was heartwarming. Also, the fact that she was not bothered by Gunner's tearing/suckling of his blanket (which he has done since we rescued him and prior due to his anxiety) was a relief. Gunner and Zohie (as well as myself) immediately picked up Georgia's calmness and friendly nature. Georgia was extremely patient and open with me while I bombarded her with question after question and detail after detail about our dogs. At the end of our first meeting, I nervously asked Georgia if she thought she would want to take the responsibility of caring for our dogs and home while we were away. When Georgia said she was willing to take care of them, it was such a relief. Then I asked Georgia to come and spend more time with them/us again, prior to the overnight. She said, "Yes, of course!" and I felt that we had hit the jackpot! Prior to and during the stay, Georgia responded quickly to my numerous messages/questions/check ins. She sent us pics and kept us updated. When we returned home, our house was exactly as we left it and the dogs behaved as though we were not away. This made us feel as though they were comfortable and relaxed with Georgia while we were away. Georgia is truly invested in building relationships with pet owners as well as the pets. It is clear that Georgia cares about her responsibilities, loves animals, and takes this position seriously. She is a true gem and we are already talking about going away again very soon.”
