Caitlin and her family are genuinely kind, warm, and attentive, her children were especially sweet and gentle, which meant so much to me given that Mocha is an older dog. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates, including photos and videos, and it was clear that Mocha was not only well cared for but truly happy and loved. That level of communication and reassurance made all the difference. As someone who was initially very hesitant about using an app to find a dog sitter, I feel incredibly lucky to have found Caitlin. Aishea was wonderful with my dogs! They had never been properly socialized around other dogs and she was able to get them to join the pack and have fun! One of my dogs can go on a hunger strike when I leave but he ate by days 2 with her. She sent photos and updates during the week they were with her and took them on walks. Her house is set up perfectly with multiple rooms for the dogs to occupy (inside!) and a large fenced in backyard for running, lounging and playing. I was very grateful that she took such good care of them.

Django is a rescue and can be pretty anxious and fearful around new people, so we’re always very careful about who we leave him with. From the moment he was with Joseirys, it was clear she has a natural understanding of dogs and how to make them feel safe. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive, and Django quickly became comfortable in a way that honestly surprised us. What really stood out was how well she adapted—not just to Django’s needs, but to our schedule as well while we were in LA. She was communicative, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Django was in such good hands. Anna and her husband took great care of our dog, Oakley, for a weekend! I was very nervous leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know, but from the beginning Anna was warm and friendly and helped us feel at ease.
