Sandra’s pleasant personality and lovely home gave me a sense of comfort and that my dog Enzo was gonna be good taken care of. she took really good care of Enzo, sent me pictures and video and I knew Enzo was confortable and happy . “We boarded our dog, Guinness, with Heather and Norman for two days, and they were absolutely wonderful! Heather and Norman were sweet and took excellent care of Guinness. They took him for walks and even sent us photos. It was clear that Guinness and their dog, Zeus, got along so well and had a great time playing together. Now that he's home, Guinness seems sad and misses Zeus. We will definitely use Heather and Norman's services again. Highly recommended!”

When we picked him up, Steve was so relaxed and happy (way more so than when we used to keep him at the kennel). It was clear that Caitlin truly cared about making sure Steve's stay was comfortable and close to his normal routine.
