Itzel was a fantastic sitter for my dog, Huey, over the Christmas period. She was very responsive both prior to and during his stay. I received daily updates and Huey seemed to be a big fan of their long walks, play time, and midday naps. Would definitely recommend Itzel to anyone searching for a quality sitter in the Austin area and will hopefully be able to rebook for future stays!
Itzel was incredible!! Asked all the right questions at the meet & greet, was responsive when I texted her in between then and the actual booking, & then was extremely communicative throughout the whole stay. She was at my place & sent pictures, videos and updates throughout the week, as well as kept my apartment looking great (even washed the towels and blankets!). I know my dog Ziggy absolutely loved her and he was so well taken care of, especially on Christmas. She gave him lots of attention and love and he was so happy when I returned but I know he misses her! Signs of a great sitter :) Will recommend her to anyone and will book with her again!
Itzel was amazing with our two cats, Pico and Leaf! They warmed up to her completed and she sent really helpful updates + photos 💕 Thanks so much, Itzel! I’ll definitely reach out the next time we need a pet sitter :)

Itzel is AMAZING!!! She took care of my 2 (large sizes) dogs for over 1.5 months… it was so hard for me to leave my babies that long but Itzel makes it so easy for me and for them. Camila (Great Pyrenees) and Benito (Labrador mix) absolutely adore her and had a great time. I definitely recommend Itzel since she is the best sister in Rover 😀
I absolutely adore Itzel and would recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. She does a great job with my cat and I felt totally relieved when she was able to come and watch her for me while I was away because I knew she was in great hands. I will always reach out to her whenever I need a cat sitter because I know she does a fantastic job and is there for my baby when I need to be away.
