They took him for walks and even sent us photos. It was clear that Guinness and their dog, Zeus, got along so well and had a great time playing together. Now that he's home, Guinness seems sad and misses Zeus. We will definitely use Heather and Norman's services again. Highly recommended!”

My dog can be bossy with other dogs and Buddy let Minnie be the leader of the pack. Glorymar’s neighborhood is great for dog walks. I would definitely rebook next time I’m in Springfield.”

I am a pet lover working from home who loves the company and snuggles. My kids are crazy about dogs and love them dearly also. We live in a beautiful home with a big fenced in yard but do take the dog(s) out daily to explore in the woods and have fun!

They communicated every day with pictures and video clips to let me know how my pup was doing. I appreciate that when my dog was having a little trouble getting along with their dog, they found a way to make it work so that everyone was happy. My dog isn't neutered and they were aware of some of his Alpha tendencies so I greatly appreciate their willingness to still work with him. After bringing him home after a week with James, he was in such high spirits that it shows he was clearly well attended to and received all the love and care. Before this, whenever I used a kennel to board my dog, I'd pick him up and he'd be depressed for a week. Sometimes even a little sick. It tells me that the one-on-one attention from James and Reichel is the way to go! My furry boy had the best vacation as did we knowing he was in good hands!”

Karen is amazing! She welcomed our two dogs into her fold for a weekend and they were happy, entertained, and cared for extremely well. Karen sent us pictures throughout the weekend, showing how well they acclimated in near real-time. One of the dogs needed three medications twice a day, and this proved to be no issue whatsoever. While they were eventually happy to see us during pickup, they were obviously content with their place in the pack until they finally saw us. (Even then it took a moment for them to clock what was happening. This was our first time boarding them.) We would happily board them again with Karen in the future.
Jessiana took such wonderful care of my puppy! It was a last minute, long term booking and Jessiana was immediately helpful and quick to respond. She was also very accommodating of my dog’s raw diet and proactive about communication. We will definitely be returning even though we live pretty far from her!
Aishea was wonderful with my dogs! They had never been properly socialized around other dogs and she was able to get them to join the pack and have fun! One of my dogs can go on a hunger strike when I leave but he ate by days 2 with her. She sent photos and updates during the week they were with her and took them on walks. Her house is set up perfectly with multiple rooms for the dogs to occupy (inside!) and a large fenced in backyard for running, lounging and playing. I was very grateful that she took such good care of them.
I booked a trip last minute - Darlene was extremely accommodating with timing and took great care of our dog Bear! She took amazing pictures, had a yard for the dog to play in, and made me feel reassured about leaving our dog in her care. I will definitely rebook if I am back in the area!

Itzel was a fantastic sitter for my dog, Huey, over the Christmas period. She was very responsive both prior to and during his stay.
