“One of the best and thorough dog-sitters to date. You would be foolish not to hire her. I got regular updates and communications about my pup, down the consistency of his poop. The best! Hire her! She is the “Dog Nanny” “period”!!!!!!”

“Julissa did a great job pet sitting our dog and two cats over the holidays. Pets seemed very happy, communication was great, and the house was very clean when we returned. Thanks Julissa!!”

“Thank you for communicating with me throughout your stay. I’m really glad to have feedback on how my dog is doing and what additional support I need to give him. I really look forward to you sitting with him again.”

“Eryn was so nice and our energetic dog instantly liked her. She was understanding and great with our dog’s leash reactivity and even gave her some Thanksgiving turkey while we were out of town over the holiday. Highly recommend!”

“Shayla is fantastic!!! Our cat is pretty nervous with strangers, and she loved Shayla right away!! Shayla sent us so many adorable pictures and responded really quickly to all of my questions. Shayla is just a really kind, smart & professional person who’s so passionate about caring for pets, and I’m thrilled to hire her again soon as our go-to cat sitter!!”

“Samantha was a fantastic housesitter and took great care of our old Great Dane. She kept me updated throughout the weekend and if she hadn’t sent me photos I would never have known she was there since the house looked the same as we had left it.”

About: I’ve always loved all animals my entire life, big or small! I’m a caring and compassionate person, and I handle stress very well. I would definitely be willing to take care of any dog that comes my way! I am currently working from home as a lawyer so I have flexibility with my scheduling. I am available on the weekends. I will always be up front about my availability! Your animal will be safe with me. I have three cats of my own, but I grew up with dogs. I would own a dog now but I don’t feel like my house is big enough for a dog to fully have room to run around. I do have my own front and back yard. I would definitely be able to keep your dog safe in your home and I am a dependable, trustworthy person.
“Haley was a natural with our 2 Goldens. From the 1st meet and greet to staying with our girls for a few days, we never had to worry. We came home to a clean house and happy, tired dogs ! We will definitely have Haley back soon! 😀”

“Tori is a lovely sitter who is always happy to send updates and photos. I know my pup is well taken care of them she's at our place, and our pup waits excitedly by the door for her when she she's we're packing.”

“Ace is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Ace is so caring, compassionate, and dedicated to the happiness of her Adopted Fur Babies.... Which funnels through to the Fur Babies Momma. Ace is in constant communication and asks questions to assist with the Fur Babies happiness. We looked forward to all the pictures that Ace sent us. We could tell from these pictures that our Fur Babies were well taken care of and happy. Ace follows the plan of care so well, of course, Clyde and Bella are there to assist. lol Ace was so respectful of our home and left it in the same neatness as upon arrival. If I could, I would give ACE 10 stars!!!!! 🐾🐾💕”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs & cats since I was little but didn’t start watching animals until about 2 years ago! My mother has a fur baby name Teddy and I watch him a lot. I also have my own kitten name Tallulah, before getting her I did lots of research though. I work part time! When I’m done with working I walk my neighbors dog, then I stop by my mothers and watch/ play/ walk my moms dog! I care for my pets with respect, as do I with other animals! I am patient, understanding, and friendly. I go above and beyond for pets!

About: I’ve worked hands-on with animals for years and currently volunteer/work at an animal sanctuary multiple days a week. I’m very comfortable with feeding schedules, medication routines, cleaning enclosures, monitoring behavior changes, and handling animals safely and calmly. I’ve cared for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including high-energy breeds and more anxious personalities. I’m very observant and take animal welfare seriously — I notice small behavior changes quickly and always prioritize safety and comfort.🩷 I recently transitioned from over a year in retail to focus more fully on animal care, which has always been my priority. I currently work part-time at an animal sanctuary, so caring for animals is already built into my daily routine. Pet sitting allows me to gain even more hands-on experience while earning extra income doing something I genuinely care about. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting outside of my sanctuary shifts, and I manage my schedule carefully to ensure each pet receives consistent, attentive care. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I provide care in my client’s home only. I have a 14-year-old dog and two rescue hedgehogs who are territorial with unfamiliar animals, so I don’t host pets in my home. This helps prevent unnecessary stress for both my animals and yours. When caring for pets in your home, I follow routines exactly as instructed and prioritize keeping their environment calm, clean, and secure. I monitor behavior, appetite, and energy levels closely and will always communicate promptly if anything seems off. Your pet’s wellbeing and safety are my top priorities.
East Forest Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Eryn always takes wonderful care of my girls and loves them like her own! I've had her house sit twice now and she is respectful of my house as well, communicates with me appropriately, and makes me feel much better when I have to leave the animals for trips! Will definitely continue to have her keep an eye on my girls in the future

Alex always goes above and beyond each stay. We can enjoy our vacation feeling relaxed and well, knowing our 2 girls are being cared for. She continues to give updates, send photos, plays with the pups and so much more. They truly love her as their sitter and so do we!

Joseiris was wonderful! Our pup has separation anxiety and can't be left alone, she accommodated our request to just come hang out with him for a few hours so we could have a night out. He can be a lot when we first leave and she handled him with such grace and kindness.

This was my first time using a dog sitter through Rover and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marie exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment we met, I knew Pete would be in great hands—and I was right. She sent me frequent updates and so many adorable photos, which made it so much easier to be away from my dog. It was clear they bonded quickly—honestly, I think my dog was a little disappointed when I came back! Not only was my dog happy, safe, and loved, but Marie also left my home in better shape than I left it. That level of care and attention is rare. She’s truly a gem, and we were so lucky to have found her. I’d recommend Marie to everyone without hesitation!

The absolute best. I was so nervous to leave my two pups for the first time, but Nikki and Britney made me feel so much better about it. From all of the update texts, to the numerous photos, I’m so grateful for their open communication with us. Our girls were well loved and taken care of! Our pups and us can’t wait to have them in puppy sit again!
