We had a small incident but reichel kept me informed and took good care of Georgia.
We used Reichel for a week long house sitting with our two dogs. She was great at sending updates and the dogs happily playing! She is quick to respond and it was really a smooth and no-stress experience for us! We will be using her again in the future!
Reichel and James took wonderful care of our dog while we were on a family vacation. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We truly appreciated the daily updates Reichel sent to keep us informed and setting up a puppy playdate beforehand was also incredibly helpful to ensure the dogs got along. Communication was excellent and always timely. It was clear that Roxie felt right at home in thier care, especially finding her favorite spot on the couch. She was treated her as if she were thier own. Roxie returned home happy, healthy, and with a new friend, Charlie. We would not hesitate to have her stay with Reichel and James again.
