About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid, as well as other pets like snakes, and I’ve usually been the one in my family to train them. With great pets comes great responsibility. After all, they are more than just pets- they’re family too. Right now my schedule is quite fluid! I work remotely and do a lot of freelance work, so I’m able to be available most days of the week & most times. Aside from providing them with their basic needs, I assess how they behave- their tendencies, preferences, any special needs they may have, etc.- and try to care for them accordingly. I also pay attention to them both emotionally and physically to see if anything is troubling them

About: Although I have less experience in dog care in comparison to taking care of cats, I live an active lifestyle and am fully capable of going on walks with any dog’s typical walk regime. “We had Chris come do an in-home stay for the first time with our reactive pitbull and he crushed it! Reactive dogs are not the easiest to find sitters for and Chris was very accommodating with setting up a meet and great before hand and had even done his own research ahead of time to make sure he was knowledgeable before going through the introduction process. Our dog warmed up to him right away and she was able to immediately identify him as a safe person since he was so calm and easy going with her. When it came time for him to stay, all that was needed was a quick reminder and they were best buds for the rest of the weekend. He quickly learns her quirks. He sent daily pictures and updates. Then when we returned, our mail was stacked on the counter and the house was very neat, just as we left it, which is always appreciated when someone stays in your home. During the introduction stage he even requested to be shown where our cleaning supplies were and when our trash gets taken out. Chris was not only an excellent dog sitter, but a great house sitter as well! We are frequent travelers and will definitely be continuing to use Chris.”

I grew up with Labs, so I’m very familiar with big personalities, lots of energy, long walks, playtime, and plenty of slobbery love. 🐾 I also adopted a cat, which taught me that sometimes the best way to win a pet over is to let them come to you (and maybe offer a few treats!). About: Dogs have and will always be a huge part of my life. We got our first family dog when I was just 3 years old and the rest is history. My husband Jack is extremely passionate about animals as well and is my partner in all of this so you get two dog sitters for the price of one. Between the two of us your pet will get so much love, cuddles & exercise. We guarantee a level of attention and care that I feel confident your pet won’t get anywhere else; between this and Rover taking it’s fee our prices might be on the high side but they reflect our level of personalized and professional level of care. I also just want to add that our love for dogs extends to all animals so cats etc are all welcome to come hang with us :) Important Note: if you are reaching out for house sitting my husband and I only take those if we both are allowed to stay the night. We prefer to do this for safety as well as enabling the best care possible for your pet. Your pets will be my top priority & my main focus when they stay with us! I have a smoke free home and do not have any dogs currently living at my house so your pets will be my only focus! Also a child free home!
