“Katie is a responsible and generous person who adores animals. They know so much about cats, small and large dogs. I’ve entrusted them with care of my precious dogs for over 15 years and they are the first person I’d call if I needed some to care for my pets. They really shower my dogs with affection and love running around with them in the yard. Katie’s a real gem.”

“It is difficult to truly express how wonderful of an experience, boarding our senior pup with Jodie and Justine truly was. I’ve been with my pup for almost 15 years and she recently has showed some signs of being an older dog right as we had planned a short getaway. We originally planned to cancel but had thought maybe we’d check rover to see if there we’re any options. Sure enough, we came across Jodie and her recent experience with her own pooch and it felt like it was somewhat meant to be. Still somewhat nervous that it may be too good to be true, we arrived at their house. We got out of the car and almost instantly the door swung open and we were greeted with such a warm, inviting welcome. We were invited in, Jodie took the time to go over all the details while also being a lovely host. Over the course of the next few days we were given incredible, sincere, funny, and reassuring updates along with photos and videos. This was our best rover experience to date and we would be so lucky to have Jodie and Justine watch Clementine again. Or just hang out with them. They were just wonderful. Truly.”

“Karen and family were awesome with Alibi, our 15 months old Australian Shepherd. Lots of personal attention, and a great large fenced yard for the dogs to chase each other around. Karen’s whole family welcomed Alibi into their home and she really connected with their dog Lily. All in all, the stay was great and we will certainly be using Karen’s services again!”

“Elissa was very sweet and accommodated my pug Lacey for a last minute weekend stay. Lacey had a great time with Elissa and her pup, and she sent me multiple picture updates throughout the weekend! I am grateful that she took such good care of my girl.”

“Raven was a god send! She came and cared for our dog, Lucy a poodle mix while we were home than stayed to cared for her while we where gone for 7 days. During which time Lucy got in some nice walks around, hung out at cafe outings with her and in general, had some nice interaction and things to do while we were gone. Lucy got feed regularly and most importantly of all received love and attention ! We would definitely have Raven care for our dog again! We felt complety safe with her in our home. The great thing about Raven was that you can tell she genuinely cares about your pet and is very chill.”

“Sarissa was super accommodating. I requested a booking in the middle of the night, and Sarissa responded by dawn. I was hours away from home, and Sarissa could tell I was in need of immediate sitter support. She welcomed my Zoey and treated her as her own. Plenty of outdoor space to roam. This was my first experience with Rover, and I loved it! Very reasonably priced. Great location if you are going skiing in Mt. Snow - Dover, VT. Thank you SARISSA!”

“Barra takes care of our 3-year-old Brittany, Trout, whenever we are out of town. Barra takes great care of her, and Trout loves Barra so much. My only complaint is that Trout loves it there so much that she's reluctant to go home. I recommend Barra 100 percent.”

We were nervous because this was our first time not leaving our pup with a family member, but Lindsey took such good care of her and was patient with her energy and all her quirks. Possibly due to construction noises which were expected to be gone before Miss Ruby’s visit. It changed my perspective from paying for Dogcare to paying to have Miss Ruby share her joy with Josie and Jessica and their family. ???”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I have a deep respect and admiration for all dogs that stretches beyond breed and size. I currently live IN a park in Montclair, NJ. When I say in I mean in-- I am smack in the middle of Brookdale Park with access to over 20 acres of land and a designated dog park. I dog sat dogs while in college with my roommates and each and every dog added such a presence to our home and I would love the opportunity to experience that again!
