He has a large, fenced-in backyard where the dogs can run around and play all day. When we're away, he sends us videos of her having the time of her life (she’s always a bit disappointed to come back home!). Taking care of these dogs is his passion, and it truly shows in how happy Willow is with him! I could not recommend him enough.”

“You know when you fear your dog doesn't want to come home that you have found a good sitter. We really lucked out with Emma. We needed a last minute sitter for our poodle whose usual sitters backed out last minute when she needed extra care after breaking her toe. Emma didn't bat an eye at the double cone, splinted leg, twice daily pills and activity restrictions. We got daily updates and Stella didn't even need to wear her cone because she had such great supervision and attention from Emma. I'd love to keep her a secret but I also want other pups to have a great home-away-from-home experience.”

They hit it off immediately and Mahayla explained her background in animal/dog behavior studies and reassured us that all would go well... and it did! Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. Mahayla clearly understands and loves dogs, and it was clear that she was focused on our dog's enjoyment, comfort level and care. She was also focused on our needs as the owners. Leading up to care day she was extremely responsive. On care day she sent photos and updates. A perfect stay...thanks, Mahayla!”
