“Our dog had a fabulous stay with Mahayla! Since it was our first time, Mahayla offered to come to our home to get to know our pup before caring for her the next day. They hit it off immediately and Mahayla explained her background in animal/dog behavior studies and reassured us that all would go well... and it did! Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. Mahayla clearly understands and loves dogs, and it was clear that she was focused on our dog's enjoyment, comfort level and care. She was also focused on our needs as the owners. Leading up to care day she was extremely responsive. On care day she sent photos and updates. A perfect stay...thanks, Mahayla!”

“Jessica and Josie were wonderful with Miss Ruby. Even understanding her occasional accident in the house as coming from anxiety. Possibly due to construction noises which were expected to be gone before Miss Ruby’s visit. It changed my perspective from paying for Dogcare to paying to have Miss Ruby share her joy with Josie and Jessica and their family. ???”

“Jess was good. We booked her while we were in Berkshires for our weekend ski/snowboard trip. It was a basically a 2 day noticed thankfully she was available. We enjoyed ourselves knowing that our Shiba girl Yumi was taken care of. Twice a day updates as requested. Whenever were in the area again, will rebook. Thanks Jess!”

“Dyna had a very good long-stay with Emily and her family. They set up a little fenced area in the yard for her to hangout outside on her own safely for short stints and it went well. Emily was very easy to communicate with too. Overall very good experience!”

“Brit began with walking my Boston Terrier, Gus, daily. He became attached to her dog loving ways and now waits in the window for her arrival. Gus has also stayed with Brit so our family was able to take a mini vacation. We were beyond happy when Brit sent us picture updates to let us know how Gus was doing! We won’t leave Gus with anyone else now and it’s the only place he loves to stay!”

“Julia and her family were awesome. They took great care of our dog Layla. They took in our dog and let her make herself right at home on sofa. They sent us photos and were so gracious when we checked in to see how the pooch was doing. They also texted to let us know she was doing well. I know the kennels do their best but it kept our minds at ease that our dog was in a nice home while we were gone.”

“Aliana dog sat for me and her dog and mine loved each other. She was really great with my baby and very attentive. She sent me updates and updated me throughout the stay. She made sure my dog had all of the exercise she needed and gave her lots of love and cuddles. I think her love for dogs is what makes her such a great sitter.”

Shawna is trustworthy and communicates with us frequently about how well Sage is doing via sending us pictures of Sage’s various activities. Furthermore, Shawna has always been timely to provide Sage with her necessary medications. Consequently, we would recommend Shawna to take care of Sage without any reservations.”

“It is difficult to truly express how wonderful of an experience, boarding our senior pup with Jodie and Justine truly was. I’ve been with my pup for almost 15 years and she recently has showed some signs of being an older dog right as we had planned a short getaway. We originally planned to cancel but had thought maybe we’d check rover to see if there we’re any options. Sure enough, we came across Jodie and her recent experience with her own pooch and it felt like it was somewhat meant to be. Still somewhat nervous that it may be too good to be true, we arrived at their house. We got out of the car and almost instantly the door swung open and we were greeted with such a warm, inviting welcome. We were invited in, Jodie took the time to go over all the details while also being a lovely host. Over the course of the next few days we were given incredible, sincere, funny, and reassuring updates along with photos and videos. This was our best rover experience to date and we would be so lucky to have Jodie and Justine watch Clementine again. Or just hang out with them. They were just wonderful. Truly.”

“Our two dachshunds stayed with Kim over one night. They had a good experience also enjoying in particular Kim's dachshund. Kim updated us every few hours with text and photos. Since she is also a dog trainer she had a professional approach, and gave our dogs time and space to get used to their new environment. Picking our dogs up the next day up they were easygoing and relaxed. When we return to the Berkshires we would board our dogs with Kim again and recommend her highly. Thank you, Kim!”
