About: Hi, I'm Julia. I live between Arlington, MA, and Northampton. I am a lifelong animal lover, and have a ton of pet care experience both professionally and personally. I am comfortable with all ages, breeds, and sizes of dogs, but I know it is very important they are comfortable with me as well! I am happy to meet initially to learn more about your pet and how to best care for them. I studied animal behavior in school and am a huge believer in positive reinforcement training. I look forward to getting to know this member of your family! I currently work part time, but I am generally free different days of the week (right now Fridays and Mondays) as well as some other evenings during the week. Getting to know an animal requires lots of patience and sensitivity to its individual needs. I like to know as much as I can about them from their owners, and to use that knowledge to introduce myself to them and care for them in a comfortable way.

We decided to give Rover a try and after the very first visit Lori eased our worries immediately. She is so kind, thorough and provided as much love to him as we would if we were home. After each visit she sent wonderful videos of our boy enjoying his walks and offered reports on how he was on his walks and how he was eating/drinking. About: I have had animals my whole life growing up. We have always had dogs, cats, my sister has had horses. I enjoy spending time with animals and always love meeting new ones. I consider animals to be apart of the family and treat them as one. My pets have ALWAYS been super spoiled and loved on! I have two children who definitely take after my love for animals and will give your pet all the extra love and affection I do! I am currently working part time so I have a bunch of flexibility in my schedule to love and care for your pups! I can do boarding anytime during the week/weekend! I have a partial fenced in yard. I have a big area where I can take the dog/s on a walk to get exercise. I live off of the main road so there is plenty of room to run. I live near a river and also have property on a lake to take the dogs swimming!

About: I've been around pets for my entire life. At most my household has had 6 pets: 2 dogs, 4 cats. For pet-sitting, I've looked after mostly cats and a few dogs. My experience extends from house-sitting to frequent stop-bys for feeding and walks. Right now I'm a student at a community college. This means most obstacles I will face will be class timing, however, at most I have 3 classes in a single day. I should be able to work around them. I've had animals that spent most of their lives inside and also pets that freely roam outside. I understand every animal has their needs and routines. I make sure to inquire specific details from owners to make sure their pet feels safe.
