“Jessica and Josie were wonderful with Miss Ruby. Even understanding her occasional accident in the house as coming from anxiety. Possibly due to construction noises which were expected to be gone before Miss Ruby’s visit. It changed my perspective from paying for Dogcare to paying to have Miss Ruby share her joy with Josie and Jessica and their family. ???”

He was friendly at drop off, happily engaged the dogs, asked good questions about their needs & sent photos as requested. At pick-up he offered details about their stay. Both dogs were happy to see us but seemed to have enjoyed their night with Christian. Would book again”

This sudden severence is quite upsetting to me. I so much wish she would have told me she had issues with my questions rather than suddenly ending all communication with no warning.”
