“Josie loves dogs and took great care of our Pip. The family made Pip feel good about spending the weekend with them and seemed to love her, even forgiving her for getting food off the counter. 😬 we feel fortunate to have found them.”

“Arrow had a wonderful time staying with Karl. We had a meet and greet which was very professional and welcoming, and Arrow got to meet Karl's (super sweet) dogs while I checked out the accommodations and shared details about Arrow's needs. Drop off and pick up or a breeze and while we were away we got plenty of pictures of our boy having fun. I recommend this sitter.”

“Nicole provided excellent care for our 3 month old puppy. He had a wonderful day full of playtime and snuggles. She also provided lots of pictures throughout the day which we loved!”

“Patti took such good care of our boy for a whole month. We wouldn’t leave him with anyone else for that long. She and her pack are the best! He was so loved and at home there and came back to us happy and healthy. Thanks, Patti!”
“Heidi was awesome! We chose her to give my little westie the most homelike environment while we traveled. At home he is allowed on furniture and to sleep in the bed so we loved that Heidi allowed the same. He’s also an old guy so we loved that she takes only 1 dog at a time. She was super communicative/responsive and sent lots of photo updates. Thanks for loving on our fur baby, Heidi!!”

“Ali and his wife took great care of Lilly while we were away. The pictures of Lilly and their pup Hasti were great as was the video they sent of Lilly at her favorite place the dog park. We recommend them highly.”

“John took wonderful care of our Golden Retriever! Ruby was very happy with all the attention, care and play time she got and John was very accommodating of our needs.”

“Sandra is great! Lottie clearly remembers her and is so excited to see her which says it all. She communicates well, loves dogs and has a nice fenced in yard. We will keep coming back for sure!”

“Excellent overnight for 2 nights. Very accommodating. Great communication, provided updates and pictures. Bloom was very relaxed and adjusted quickly into a new environment.”

“Dennis Hopper has not stayed with someone he didn't know before this visit. Julia was very understanding. She sent me great pics of him clearly enjoying himself, which put my mind at ease. Julia's children are equally sweet, and it was clear that Dennis liked them all.”

“Heather sent photos every day and videos so I knew my dogs were enjoying themselves. Beautiful fenced in yard made play time fun and safe. Quick communication, easy drop up, and willing to change pick up time. I would recommend her for all dog parents!”

About: I have lived with a variety of animals, and have experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, and rabbits. I have done several years of pet sitting for family and friends, and am looking for more pet sitting opportunities while I return for nursing school. I am currently at school part time, and am free most of the week to watch pets, house sit, or go for walks with pups. I have a fenced in yard and rural walking area with hiking trails for walking outdoors. I am also free to travel to homes and stay with pets as long as needed. Any accommodations I can work with, whatever works for you and your pet.

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. We are happy to come feed kitties and water plants. We love taking dogs out on walks and caring for them in our home. We love going on long walks mid day out in nature
“Susan took great care of Gummi, and he had a ton of fun playing with her dog, Laney, during his overnight stay. All the communication was very clear and quick, and she sent lots of nice photos and videos of Gummi's visit. Thank you, Susan!”

“Best dogsitters ever! I cannot recommend them enough. Such a warm, welcoming, and caring family with a beautiful home and the perfect place for dogs. They took amazing care of our beloved pup—treating her like part of their own family. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such loving hands. Truly grateful for the wonderful care they provided.”

About: I have always loved and lived with pets. Growing up we had multiple cats and a dog or two at any given time. In high school, I convinced my mom to foster a litter of kittens for our local humane society and we ended up caring for litters and kittens and puppies as well as seniors and sickly dogs for years to come. Right out of college I adopted my cat, and she has been my constant companion ever since. A decade later I rescued a very reactive dog and worked for 5 years on his reactivity. We made great improvements together! If you need someone to walk your reactive dog during the day, I’m your gal! I’d also love to care for your chill, non-reactive dog when you go out of town. I have a very active toddler, so I can only board dogs who are reliably safe around small children. I am available Monday-Thursday from 9-3 for drop ins and dog walks, with some flexible availability on the weekends too. Available for boarding as well this winter I have a large fenced portion of my back yard, as well as easy access to the bike path. We have some baby gates in our house, and more in storage, if that makes sense to make your pets comfortable.
“As soon as Chozo came to Emma’s place he grabbed a toy and settled in immediately. I could tell he was going to have a great weekend away. Emma was wonderful with Chozo and provided frequent updates. I’m sure Chozo will be happy to stay with her again!”

Whately dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was the second time we had Patrick and Doh watch our dog and they are excellent! My dog was having trouble eating as we haven’t been away from him for a whole week like this time and Doh took the time to hand feed him some of his food to get him to eat. Really going above and beyond to take care of our boy and we couldn’t be happier!

Doh was very communicative and sent photos/videos to mark his stay. Our dog was in a new space with unfamiliar dogs, as well as being separated from us. He was very anxious during his stay but he was treated with understanding and kindness. We don’t have any reservations about using this resource again. Only that our dog was anxious due to no fault of theirs.
