About: I've owned several cats and dogs myself, including rescues, seniors, and animals with special needs. I'm outdoorsy and will love taking your dog to the park or on a local hike. My cat has special needs so I'm well-versed in specialized care. I've raised multiple puppies and cared for them through their senior years. If scheduling me for home visits or walks, I'll have my nephew with me until 1pm for kid-friendly dogs, or visits can be scheduled on weekends or after 1pm on weekdays for kid-free needs. For in-home services, I'm happy to sleep in your home if needed, or make as many visits there as requested. I've been caring for animals my entire life, and will treat your fur babies like my own.

About: Hi! My name is Jas. I am a marine biology student and a huge animal lover. I am a non-smoker and non drug user. I have 5 years at least taking care of dogs. I also grew up raising and training dogs, from terriers to labs. I'm very athletic and can run even the most high energy dog! Very clean, professional and friendly! I am available to run dogs with my bike as well, and do house stays for however long you need. I have cared for an elderly dog with seizures, have experience caring for dogs with skin, ear and skin conditions. I can administer oral medication and topical medication. I am also comfortable with performing any tasks around the house that you might need to make your life easier! I am a non smoker, and have transportation ready at all times. Also, I have worked at a Nationwide known pet hospital banfield for 4 1/2 years and at Town and Country Animal Clinic as a supervisor for 2. Also worked part time washing/grooming. I'm a pet parent to my 2-year-old pit bull mix, a lab and a husky/wolf mix and our two labradors. My parents used to breed labs and I have been apart of raising and training them! We have runners for dogs so when your pets are outside I prefer to sit or play outside with them.

I have had rabbits, thousands of dachshunds, cats, talking birds, green iguanas and a white mouse that I rescue from being eaten by a snake. Currently I have 3 dogs, Toby is 9 years old, we rescued him from a kennel in Oregon and then we have 2 Argentinean sisters that we brought from Argentina 🥰 they are all sweet and they are trained. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. Ever since I was a kid, I was jumping up to wash the dogs, train the dogs, walk the dogs- everything! I’m a full time college student. During the day, I will need to attend class. I also attend Natural Resources club on Saturday mornings. However, I am fully available during the rest of the week! I treat all pets with respect and kindness. I’ve had reactive dogs and extremely friendly dogs, so I’m well versed in any reactions pets may have to me. I'm also happy to help keep up any training routines, I'm pretty proficient in general dog training, but I know it always comes down to the individual dogs for what works best. I often have people remark about their pets who usually don't warm up to new people immediately taking a liking to me! I'm also totally respectful of animals who do need time to get to know new people and always meet them where they're at, so more than welcome to accommodate those who need more introduction time. I've done extensive house sitting everywhere from big cities to rural areas, for periods of time as long as two months, caring for animals as well as the house and surrounding property. My schedule is very flexible so I can make sure I have plenty of time to give my full attention to your animal friends, I live in a sweet quiet neighborhood in Arcata near the bottoms that's great for regular walks, and I have a car and am happy to take pups out on more special adventures too!
