“Tamara is responsible and so loving to my fur babies!”

2. Sam L.

“Sam is the first person I considered for my pets on this app because of his amazing reviews. I have a rottweiler hound mix, who's bark is intimidating as she can look aggressive and be protective, when she's a big old softy. She can pull a lot when walking to boot. His great reviews are justified, as he is a timely professional, who obviously cares about your pets. He even scheduled time to get to know our dog, before going on a single walk, and now, even though she barks like she is gonna murder him- he grabs the leash and takes her strapped in her harness, for the best day of the week for her! She comes home so happy, exhausted, panting with a big old smile. When our Saint Bernard puppy gets their final rounds of vaccinations, I would love to trust him to walk our second dog. He's been amazing, and will be great with your furry kiddos, I'm sure!”

3. Marcus 'Junny' & Jomhel V.
“He take good fotos of my dog. He is great! I would reccomend to anybody who need someone to help take care of their pet”

4. Michelle C.

“The BEST pet sitter ever! That’s what my pets say, and I have to agree. The last thing I have to worry about is Michelle taking care of our cats when we go away. I can count on her showing up, taking good care of Hope and Brown Kitty, keeping me informed of how they are doing, sending cute photos and leaving everything cleaner than when she arrived. I would hire her again in a heart beat and recommend her to anyone who wants only the best for their pets.”

5. Dani M.

“Dani has been extremely reliable. She gets the job done with no fuss no muss! It is really nice to have a trustworthy, regular dog walker who is great with my pooch and communicates just the right amount! Thanks Dani!”

6. Heather M.

“Very professional, kind and calm. Happy to have found her🙂”

7. Emillia L.
About: hello! my name is Emillia! I just moved to Eureka from Alaska, where I spent all my days hanging out with dogs at my grandparents dog boarding and daycare business! I learned a lot working for my grandparents business, from understanding dog behavior and knowing dog language, to facilitating playtime and socializing dogs. I've taken care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. So bring on your fluffy yorkies and your slobbering great danes and even your reactive border collies! I love working with all different kinds of dogs and understanding their individual behaviors! There's no dog too big or small and I'm so excited to meet your special four legged kiddos! I currently work part time at a doggy daycare, so i'm ready to fill my afternoons and early evenings with your pups love! I volunteer weekends, but I'm available for a quick walk or a quick visit! As i'm not able to house any dogs myself, I can guarantee to always be looking regarding the safety of your dog. Your dog will always stay leashed and if kenneling is required, I will make sure they are safe and secure!

8. Kristina B.

“Dewey loves his time with Melissa! She is really great at directing him, fun and rewarding time together. As a young dog consistently is so important, Melissa focuses on good behavior and gentlycorrects when Dewey is getting off track.”

11. Jade E.
About: I've been a dependable care provider for many dogs in the past few years and really love what I do! Dog boarding is one of my main services and your pooch will be very tended to between myself and my roommate! I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! 90% of the time while I am at work, my (also experienced dogsitter) boyfriend is home. With enough advanced notice I can be sure your dog is not left alone at all if needed, though if not otherwise specified depending on my schedule they may be alone up to 3 hours at a time. I am great at reading animal behavior and making sure your pet is comfortable. I also make sure to adhere to your guidelines carefully when caring for your pet. I'm experienced with animals who have separation anxiety and issues eating when in a new environment so you can rest assured they are as comfortable as possible!

12. Jenna U.
About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 5 years of hands-on experience working at a humane society, where I cared for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. From shy senior dogs to energetic Belgian Malinois pups, I’ve truly seen (and loved) it all! Outside of my professional background, I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by pets—caring for my own as well as those of family and friends. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or just some good old-fashioned belly rubs, I treat every pet like my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds and temperaments—including those with big energy, quirky habits, or special medical needs. I’ve also got a knack for casual dog training and love reinforcing good manners in a fun, positive way. Whether your pet is a couch potato, a ball chaser, or somewhere in between, I’d love to be their next best friend! I'm currently available for pet care Monday through Thursday. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, some extended company during the day, or a sleepover buddy, I’ve got the needs of you and your furry friend covered morning, noon, and night! Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets in their own home. I understand how important it is for dogs and cats to stay in a familiar environment, and I do everything I can to maintain their normal routine and reduce stress while you're away. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, litter box care, and playtime. For active pets that enjoy field trips and adventures romping around, I love taking them outdoors or favorite walking spots, ensuring they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I always keep safety in mind and ensure that any adventure is fun and stress-free. I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality, energy level, and needs—whether they’re shy and independent or outgoing and playful. I’m confident working with pets of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, and I treat your home with the same care and respect I give your pets. Your furry family members will be in patient, loving hands while you're away!

14. Paige D.
About: I have been trusted to take care of others’ pets for approximately eight years now. I absolutely adore animals and think they deserve the world, so your pet’s wants and needs are my number one priority! If my prices are not in your range, I am happy to negotiate something that is fair for us both. I am a full-time college student, so in between classes and on weekends I have plenty of time to walk, bathe, feed, and play with your fur baby. I will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable while you’re away. I am willing to check in on your pets as many times as you feel necessary, or even stay with them throughout the day. I always say “treat others how you would want to be treated,” so I hold the same expectations to myself that I would have someone who was watching my pet.

About: I have 1 dog and 2 cats. My husband will watch our furbabies while I give yours my undivided attention! I am well versed in medication and dietary restrictions as my dogs have had a variety of allergy related problems I've had to solve and also am good with leash training as my younger dog is very excitable and too happy (strong) so he has had to learn some leash manners. 19. Michael S.

“I have known Mike for many years, and he has cared for my pets, often at the drop of a hat, many times. He has house-sit multiple weeks at a time when I was out of the country on vacation and cared for my cats like he would his own. I have know him to always be caring for someone’s dog (once for two years when the owner was in the Peace Corps). He’s been a volunteer in the Humboldt Community from board service with Humboldt Animal Rescue Team to Friends of the Dunes. A trustworthy guy with a big heart for animals!”
