About: I have always been an animal lover. Since my teenage years we had dogs and cats in the house. Over the last 20 years I have lived with and cared for 2 dogs and two cats. Sadly at this point they have all passed on of old age, so I would be especially happy to spend time caring for your animals. I am only employed on a very part time basis, so I have a fairly open and flexible schedule for dog walking, home visits and boarding on most weekdays, and some weekends. I have a fenced back yard perfect for pets to hang out in, and there is also a covered area in the back yard if the weather is rainy. I would also allow them inside the house, but not on furniture :). I am a very active person, I walk my own dog at least twice a day, and would be happy to walk even more with yours!

About: I’ve taken care of my 2 dogs for 12 years. I grew up having 2 dogs and a cat to take care of at the same time, all different ages and breeds. I’m really into all animals and love just being able to be around them and meeting new ones. On my free time I volunteer at the Sequoia Park Zoo as well. I currently have a pretty open schedule. I definitely can accommodate and am open and flexible to working with your schedule as much as you need. I’ve been home alone a lot with my 2 dogs and had to raise them and a cat, so I talk and hang out quite a lot with pets when I’m around them. Weekends I have more flexibility during the day and can watch your companion overnight on saturday and sunday if needed. I have a fenced back yard and a very friend shiba inu and chow chow mix who is a spayed female dog and is the light of my life and a black outdoor cat. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
