About: I have worked and volunteered in animal care my entire life! I was a Senior Animal Care Lead at an animal rescue where my duties were to be directly in charge of 30+ dogs and cats. I have worked with every kind of pet scenario in many different environments, including: Senior animals, Special-needs pets, Behavioral cases, Medical Emergencies, and many more! No matter what mood I’m in, my interactions with animals often leave me in a positive state of mind. I work full time, Mon-Fri from 8-4:30. Any time outside of this I am happy to work doing sitting or walking, and I’m open to staying overnight. I can be somewhat flexible with your needs. I am looking to supplement my income, but also just really enjoy having animals in my life and can’t have them in my own home. My landlord does not permit animals in the building, so I would have to come where your animals are. I can either walk a dog from your home, stop by for feedings , or house-sit as needed.

About: I have experience working at a vet office, and worked dogsitting overnights and drop ins throughout my college career. I've had animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and even horses, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and have one of my own who is one of the loves of my life! I'm happy to drop in multiple times per day around my work schedule (I work from home 9am-5pm) and I have an hour lunch which I use to visit dogs (or really any other animals) on my lunchtime rounds. We go to the dog park frequently and he is used to playing with small dogs as well as some bigger breeds. About: I am a former dog trainer at Dog Gone Amazing training and boarding in Reno Nv for the past 4 and half years. I moved to Eureka to have a new start and would love to continue to work with animals. I’ve worked with many different breeds and many different temperaments. I currently have two dogs of my own and a cat as well. I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals, such a horses, chickens, sled dogs and cats. I would love to continue working with new pets and their owners! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I’ve also worked as a kennel tech at a boarding/training facility and then moved on to become a trainer at that same facility. I always recommend crates for any situation but in my own home I would crate all dogs and rotate based on how they all get along. Feeding in the crate or separate from other animals. Daily walks or hikes depending on the animal. Cats would get daily enrichment. If weather doesn’t permit or the animal isn’t able to get that day I’d offer mental enrichment such as lick mats, food puzzles, play, training, etc.
