About: I have three pets, two dogs and one cat. I am responsible for feeding them, replacing the pee pads, cleaning up the litter, and walking the dogs. I have had my dogs for over ten years and they have helped me through tough times, and I want to help other dogs who need help whenever the owner is busy. My cat follows me wherever I go and climbs on my shoulders like a parrot, and my dogs come to me when they are scared. I am available every day including holidays (I rather hang out with your pets than be with my family, don't tell them). However, I am a college student. On Mondays, I'll be unavailable from 2:30-8:00 p.m. On Tuesdays, I'll be available by 1:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, I'll be unavailable from 12:30-4:00 p.m. On Thursdays, I'll be unavailable from 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. & 6:00-8:00 p.m. From Friday to Sunday, I'm free. I am someone who is emotionally attached to animals, so I will do everything I can to make sure your pet is safe and healthy, such as not letting them go outside by your request, keeping them away from toxic and poisonous foods, and keeping a sharp eye on them to make sure they don't hurt themselves.

I am very adept at walking and caring for reactive dogs who can have a hard time with other dogs and/or humans, and do my best to avoid any situations that can trigger reactive behaviors. About: Dogs have been apart of my life since I was 8 years old. Personally I took care of a Boston terrier and that is the only breed that Ive worked with in my house. About: Hi, I’m Virgo (formerly Jeremy)! I’ve been dog sitting my friends’ dogs for about 10yrs, and working for a dog trainer for about 2yrs. (My parents tell me I’ve loved dogs my whole life, but I can only partly confirm.) About: I've had large dogs since 1997. Currently I have 2 amazing dogs. A 3 legged great burnese, and a 1.2yr old burnese Mt. Dog. They are sweet and wonderful dogs with great manners and are super dog friendly. I also have 2 cats. Rick and Morty. They are a pair. Also very sweet and affectionate once they know you. They are indoor/outdoor 24/7 but avoid dogs. The love of my furry friends reflects who I am. I have 5 acres. This allows my dogs to mostly roam free as they stay close to home. It gives other dogs the opportunity to have a place to run around and play with other good dogs. There are also multiple leads amongst the property, as well as a gated and covered outside area if your pet isn't used to either of those situations. I spend almost all of my days working from home. So other than the occasional errand, I'm home. Otherwise, I exist for you and yours. My pets have water and food at all times. It's under a covered area so they are able to stay in the shade if they like. Otherwise my dogs are free to roam as they generally stay on the property. My property is not fenced. However with this undertaking dogs can be placed in the covered area when needed. They can be leaded if that's what you want. As well they are welcome in the house at any time. Your pets are free to relax anywhere they like. My dogs are very sweet and friendly. My 3 legged dog is not one to get to excited as he only has 3 legs. For the right dogs, my property is a paradise.

Sadly 3 of them have passed on at this point, and It's just myself and my 12 yr old husky mix Suki now. About: I own a 7 acre property that is a short drive up Fickle Hill Rd in Arcata! It includes a private trail with access to the community forest and a very large fenced in yard. I have a 1 year old female German Shepherd (Sabine) who is very well trained and LOVES to play with other dogs. I’ve been working with animals my entire life but started officially dog sitting and walking about 10 years ago! I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and personalities and feel comfortable and confident in my care abilities. Locally I have done in home care both long term and short term. Now that I have this large property I would like to do more of a doggy day care! I am capable of providing training, grooming, as well as daily exercise and enrichment activities! I am free Monday - Thursday every week as I work from home as a ceramic artist. On the weekends (Friday - Sunday) I work as a waitress. I offer care from my home where I have a very large fenced in yard with plenty of space to run around and enjoy the outdoors. As well as a large dog friendly home for those rainy days. I provide care in the client’s home, where pets are most comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I am not currently able to offer boarding in my home, but I am fully available for in-home visits, walks, and house sitting. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and home, and I make sure to provide reliable, attentive care along with regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I have been a sitter for 4 years for friends and neighbors. My care has included walking, potty breaks, overnight care, and more! I’ve lived with Dobermans my whole life and am capable of care for any dog of any size! I am a full time student at Cal Poly humboldt, my classes are in the morning and I am completely open in afternoons, weekends and holidays! I am active and love to play with animals!! My dogs at home are escape artists so I know how to avoid an escape due to fences. I have kennel trained multiple of my dogs and prefer to use kennels for bigger dogs.

About: I am a grounded and compassionate person, who absolutely loves animals! Dogs and cats are my specialty, but have cared for goats , chickens and bunnies! Ive been filling my free time dog/cat walking and house sitting for the last 6 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. I connect right away with my fury customers and they are always excited to see me. I provided daily walks, plenty of play time, treats for tricks and lots of love . My schedule is usually open and I am able to overnight house sit if needed. I think your furrbaby would be overjoyed to have me as there care giver and friend! My schedule is open at the moment, and im always looking for any chance i can get to play with animals. My calendar is always up to date and my response time is within a couple hours. Animals have special kind of souls, they speak to us without words and unconditionally love us. I try to read what your animal needs and comfort them while you are away.
