I am currently free most days & would love to care for your dog. I'm happy to change my schedule to accommodate your needs. I am used to working >100hrs a week so I understand if your work schedule is hectic and needs for your pup arise last minute.

I currently live with my friend, her pre-teen child, and their 1 year old gentle giant of a dog named Harley. We have an enclosed back yard for dogs to play, however I often walk them in the arcata community forest as we live walking distance.

I'm very friendly and excited to meet your dog! I am pretty active and like to know as early as possible your dog's needs and quirks. I think safety is paramount and knowing your pet well helps create a good environment for everyone.

I often spend a lot of snuggle time with my dogs. I do love walking in the woods for half hour to an hour to tire them out. If they get alone with our dog we will let them play and tire each other out. If they still have energy I will usually do some enrichment games like finding the treat in a towel, or just let them tire themselves out by playing together!

Hello! I am a doctor who quit residency but is still trying to find a way to take care of people. I LOVE dogs -- I've owned, rescued, and fostered a variety of dogs. I am comfortable taking care of older dogs, special needs dogs, and even administering medications. I also work as a private tutor so my schedule is quite flexible. My ideal day with your pet would be morning snuggles, followed soon there after by a morning walk and breakfast. We would then snuggle some more on the couch with coffee before our afternoon hike on one of the local amazing trails. If we get too messy happy to give your pup a bath. Then I imagine we enjoy dinner together followed by more snuggles if needed.

Mary had great communication, was punctual, and was super responsible. She was not intimidated by an anxious dog who barks a lot. She could handle him on walks even though he is big and can pull. Her day rate was reasonable. I would hire Mary again for sure.
Mary was great! She was able to take our last minute booking and patiently worked with introducing our anxious dog to hers. She even kindly let our toddler chat with her about everything toddlers chat about (bugs he saw, how he likes the beach and halloween, letters, Spiderman, etc.) when he wanted to come pick up his pup and say hello.
Mary & Michael were amazing for our standard poodle Bernard’s first experience with Rover! They gave consistent updates and their dog Chana was a great playmate for Bernard. When our flight was delayed many hours, they were flexible with pickup. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Excellent dog/house sitter! She took such good care of our dogs! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!
