I have seen her in action to correct behavior and do on the spot quick training. She has worked with all age ranges for dogs and knows that you absolutely can teach old dogs new tricks. She is fantastic with puppies and setting expectations for them, and is very proactive in correcting unwanted behavior. She can spot a bad situation from a mile away and will proactively take steps to avoid or minimize any unwanted outcome. She is well versed in basic first aid and knows canine CPR. She has knowledge of emergency vet and general vet hospitals in the Davis area and will not hesitate to head there if she suspects something is wrong. She strives to continue learning so your fur baby is in the best hands possible.”

About: I took care of my dog growing up, and now have a cat that I take care of. I volunteered at the Charleston Animal Society for a few years in high school. I am now an Animal and Vet Science major at Clemson University. I love all animals and will ensure proper care. As a vet student my schedule fluctuates weekly, however, I will be available for twice a day drop ins or longer stays. I am usually always free on weekends as well. I will gladly provide exercise (walking, throwing balls, playing etc. ) for your pet and make sure it has everything it needs while you are not home.

About: I love caring for rescue dogs and interacting with pets of all backgrounds. I have lived with all types of dogs since I was young (puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds, cripples, injured/sick pups). I also have experience with emergency treatment and successfully introducing cats and dogs! I would be thrilled to help you with your pet care responsibilities. I’m a graduate student enrolled in classes part-time with flexible working hours so I am able to check in daily for about 20-60 minutes on family member’s pets. In my home, I make sure my pets are entertained and my dogs have quality time outdoors in a fenced-in yard. I also stay consistent with meals, potty breaks, walks, and grooming.

“Timothy has walked our dog for awhile. I find him punctual, considerate of and patient with the animal. He pays attention to the animal's needs. Bingo would start out running with Tim but would tire after a short while. Tim would slow down to a walk and monitor Bingo to insure he didn't overtire him.”
