About: I have owned a few dogs in my lifetime and as of 5 years ago I started caring for my neighbors’ dogs all throughout Davis! I typically stay the night and give them playtime in the backyard or walks.. whatever is needed, I’m there. I have experience with administering oral medication to dogs. I’m a recent UC Santa Cruz graduate with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and I’m currently looking for wildlife technician jobs as well as applying to grad school. I’m a part time caregiver at the moment so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I make sure to ask all the right questions in case of emergency and for the comfort of the pets. I like to get written lists of everything that needs to be done while the owners are away, this helps with any clarifying questions I may have!

About: I've had dogs since I was 5, and cared for cats, rodents, reptiles, chickens and fish. I can give animals medication in pill form and spend lots of time loving on your pet. I'm currently somewhat free, and I figured I'd add this to get some exercise in. I love spending time with animals, I really don't get to do it enough. I have a good memory and I'm good at following instructions. Dog and cat body language is familiar to me, and I'll make sure your animal is always comfortable.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. I am offering dog walking, sitting and other pet care services for whatever furry friend you need! I’m excited to get started with Rover and build community connections in Davis! I am currently a UC Davis student looking for a part-time way to make extra money and spend more time outside and with animals! I love going on long walks and hanging out at the dog park, or just entertaining your pet at home. I live in an apartment with an unfenced yard. When I dog sit for friends, I make sure to give regular potty breaks every couple of hours and maintain an environment that is safe and comforting for your pet.

About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. During the times I need to work outside of the home, my 19 year old daughter (who has been doing Rover with me since she was 11) will give the best care in my place. I have a thriving Airbnb business in my home for over a decade, so I have a ton of experience and mindset on home-care: I treat other folks' pets and homes as well as I treat my own. I make it point to keep my clients connected via photos and updates. If I am providing boarding in my home, our 4 year old German Shepherd will love to play with your pup. If I am providing sitting in your home, then my pup will stay home unless requested for a playmate in your home.

About: I have owned and cared of 3 loving dogs from their age ranging from 3 months to 14 years of age. Having a love for dogs and years of experience taking care of dogs myself, I know my skills and experience will help ensure my clients dogs are well taken care of. To better understand how a day would go with caring for your pet, I would first take the time to be aware of any special needs/ requests before engaging with your furry friend. I would then greet your dog and take them out to use the bathroom/ take them on a walk. Afterwards, I would bring them home for drink of water and for any meals/ request that need to be tended to. If there are certain requests that you would like done regarding your pet, I would take care of them as addressed such as reinforcing training and administering medication that does not need professional training. Walks and bathroom breaks would be every 2-4 hours unless noted in instructions. Pictures and videos (upon request) will be done to reinforce that you furry friend is being well taken care of during our time together. I am currently working a flexible part-time job, so I am able to adjust my schedule to you and your furry friend's schedule. My availability is Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. So whether it's checking in on your pet, giving them a walk, or play time, your pet will have an appropriate amount of time given with the utmost care as if they were my own. I ensure I am well-equipped with the basic supplies I need to take care of your pet. I like to reach out to the clients prior to meeting your dog to cover bases of pets demeanor, any special needs/ requests, and any other information I should know about to make sure both your dog and I are safe. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off. I am no able to own pets where I live, so I would love to be able to care for yours. Thank You, Megan I am available multiple days a week to walk and drop-in care for pets. My work schedule changes each week but I am able to scheduled services a week in advance. I would care for a pet at a client's home. I do not have a yard but would be happy to travel to the pet's home to socialize and make sure that they are feeling safe and comfortable.
