About: Coming from a family of dog lovers, it's hard to imagine a life without dogs! I have always had multiple dogs running under my roof and even have two dogs with me at college! With both a neurotic labradoodle and an elderly beagle, I have plenty of experience dealing with a wide variety of behaviors :) I would love to befriend your furry family members! Available full time during the week. I am between clients at my full time job and will be out of work for several weeks (so I am looking to fill my free time :) ) I am experienced with a wide variety of dog behaviors, especially neurotic and elderly pets. I am also comfortable with administering medicine if needed!! (pills, ear flushes, etc)

About: When I was 9, I got my first dog, and that is how I started to be interested in being a vet and take care of dogs. I’m a UCD Animal Science student. My class schedule is not very busy other than Thursdays for this quarter, so I will be home most of the time other than that. I have 3 roommates (2 are also Animal Science students) who also loves animals and knows how to take care of them and have experiences with pets. There will usually be at least 1-2 person at home always. We have plenty of space for your pet to run around in the house, and a yard which we can be taking the dog out for potty breaks.

About: I grew up on a farm and have been taking care of pets for family and friends for almost a decade! Including: dogs (big and small), and cats (old and young). I can feed and water your pets, administer medicine, clean up after them, and provide loving attention and play. I currently have 2 precious cats and would treat yours as if they were one of my own. I’m currently on furlough as a federal worker, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I can come by whenever you need, Monday-Sunday. I can care for your pets in your home/yard. I’m comfortable with pets that free roam the house/yard as well as with those who need to be crated and let out or taken on walks.

About: With over 20 years of dedicated pet experience, I have developed a deep understanding and profound love for animals of all kinds. My journey began with adopting my first dog, a lively mixed breed, which ignited my passion for animal welfare. Over the years, my home has been a sanctuary for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles (upon occasion). I work from home most of the week, so I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of other working professionals that are looking for a reliable, passionate pet sitter to take their fur babies on walks (or runs) while keeping them within their familiar environment. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to welcome any pets in my house. I have fur babies of my own that I do not wish to upset their home life.

About: My family and I have had various pets since I was little, so any pet you may have won’t be an issue for me! I am most experienced in caring for adult cats and dogs. I am currently a full-time psychology student at UC Davis, but my schedule is open Friday-Sunday! I only ask for one day’s notice for house sitting. At the moment, I live in a college apartment with no backyard, and no pets allowed. So I am unable to care for your pet in my home, but I am willing to travel to you for care!

About: I am a passionate animal lover and obsessed with dogs (and cats)! From pets to dirty work, anything your fur baby needs I'm on it. Of course I'll play with and love on them when you're not around, but I am also happy to do some cleaning to make sure they're safe and sound when you get back home. I can take dogs on long walks, play fetch in the dog park, or give them baths. Litter boxes are no problem, whatever your baby needs! ¡Yo hablo español! I have a lot of schedule flexibility to take care of animals. I have plenty of time throughout the week, and am wide open on weekends and holidays. Feel free to take your trip, work late, or whatever takes you away from home because I got your back. I have a fenced yard at my house and one small dog who plays well with others. I also live close to a park and walk dogs there often. At your house- you set the rules! Wherever you live, I am happy to take your dogs on walks or play fetch with them in your back yard. I can scoop poop, refresh the waters, brush out the undercoat, and vacuum the fur.

About: I've had dogs since I was 5, and cared for cats, rodents, reptiles, chickens and fish. I can give animals medication in pill form and spend lots of time loving on your pet. I'm currently somewhat free, and I figured I'd add this to get some exercise in. I love spending time with animals, I really don't get to do it enough. I have a good memory and I'm good at following instructions. Dog and cat body language is familiar to me, and I'll make sure your animal is always comfortable.

About: Hi. I’m Diane. I just moved back to Davis after being in the Pacific Northwest for a few years. I’m really excited to be apart of the community make new pet friends. I have always lived with and cared for cats and dogs my whole life, but I have also have several positions over the past 15 years caring for various other animals. My first professional animal caregiving experience was at Pioneer Park Nature Center in Lincoln, NE. There, I provided enrichment and care to a wild variety of animals, including owls, hawks, vultures, snakes, turtles, and salamanders. I have also lived on farms where I cared for dogs, rabbits, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens. In California, I volunteered for 2 years at a wildlife hospital where I cared mainly for songbirds. There, I learned how to administer medication and provide foster care for baby squirrels and raccoons. The care of animals has always been central to my personal, professional, and even my academic life. I love all animals, but I am by far a cat person. I grew up with five cats and two dogs. Currently, I have a sweet old man cat named Little One. I have a lot of availability because I work seasonal, conducting bird surveys for a non-profit in Idaho in the spring and summer. I am happy to do evening walks, overnights, holidays, and weekends. I am a responsible, respectful adult who is happy to care for your pet at your home, as my living situation is not conducive to boarding animals.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I have experience owning and caring for dogs since the third grade. I have experience feeding, grooming, bathing, playing, walking, jogging, running, and basic training (sit, stay, down, leave it, paw, high-five, heel, leash training) with dogs and puppies of all ages. I also have experience training my own service dog when I was in undergrad. I also have a bachelor’s in animal science, and have hands on experience with handling dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and hamsters. One thing I do care about is providing quality service to ensure that the pet feels at home meanwhile missing their owners. I’m currently looking for a new job so I have a lot of flexibility with my current schedule. I am available to board Fridays through Sundays. I am available to house sit/pet sit weekdays and weekends. Since I’m currently a student taking online classes and not working, I have flexible availability. I am open to make any accommodations in regards to rescheduling or extending a stay for clients that are able to provide me a 24-48 hour notice. I like to communicate with my clients about any specific needs or concerns that I would need to know as a caretaker. Knowing the personality, age, medical needs, tips and tricks, favorite snacks, and as many details about your pet is valuable information for me. I want to ensure that all needs for the client and the pet is met. I value safety and trust, which I find very important to build in a client-based environment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I raised my 2 month puppy all by myself. I volunteer a lot at my local animal shelter I am still in school so weekends are usually more free for me and allow me to spend all my time with you puppy or dog!! I have a big fenced yard and a friendly 9 month corgi to keep your dogs company. I have lots of play pens and can crates them if needed.
