About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. Insects, reptiles, rats, especially cats and dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the ASPCA for a year! I have experience with almost all animals, and I’d love to help take care of yours! I take care of two pets of my own, but currently don’t have a stable job. My days are open! Might as well do what I love and get payed for it. XD I have a calm smaller dog, and a cat who LOVES dogs (she’s strange I know). I live right next to a huge park and walking trail.

About: I do not have a lot of dog walking experience outside of my own dog, but I have walked dogs before. I am currently volunteer at a pet rescue and mostly with cats but have walked dogs for a few shifts. I do have a small dog at home that I care for as well. I have cared for a friends Guinea pig, and dog sat for my neighbor when I was younger. I may work with cats more often but I absolutely still love being with dogs and caring for them! I work part time, but have plenty of time on the weekdays after noon to go for walks which I love doing, especially with pets 🫶🏻 My backyard is small but still good enough for my dog to get exercise because when I’m outside with him I spend a lot of time there. I love walking and go for long walks with my dog as well. It will be the same with other pets I care for, I will spend as much time as I can with them and get them tired out.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. I am offering dog walking, sitting and other pet care services for whatever furry friend you need! I’m excited to get started with Rover and build community connections in Davis! I am currently a UC Davis student looking for a part-time way to make extra money and spend more time outside and with animals! I love going on long walks and hanging out at the dog park, or just entertaining your pet at home. I live in an apartment with an unfenced yard. When I dog sit for friends, I make sure to give regular potty breaks every couple of hours and maintain an environment that is safe and comforting for your pet.

My journey began with adopting my first dog, a lively mixed breed, which ignited my passion for animal welfare. Over the years, my home has been a sanctuary for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles (upon occasion). I work from home most of the week, so I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of other working professionals that are looking for a reliable, passionate pet sitter to take their fur babies on walks (or runs) while keeping them within their familiar environment. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to welcome any pets in my house. I have fur babies of my own that I do not wish to upset their home life.

About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. During the times I need to work outside of the home, my 19 year old daughter (who has been doing Rover with me since she was 11) will give the best care in my place. I have a thriving Airbnb business in my home for over a decade, so I have a ton of experience and mindset on home-care: I treat other folks' pets and homes as well as I treat my own. I make it point to keep my clients connected via photos and updates. If I am providing boarding in my home, our 4 year old German Shepherd will love to play with your pup. If I am providing sitting in your home, then my pup will stay home unless requested for a playmate in your home.

About: Hi! My name is Tenaya! I grew up around animals and now I have a cat named Gnocchi. I worked as a veterinary assistant for three years, so I'm comfortable with animals of all ages and I'm capable of administering medications. I can also take care of aggressive or anxious dogs, and I’m happy to help reinforce good behavior for pets in training. I also have experience taking care of a range of exotic animals from working at an animal sanctuary. As someone who works from home, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I can usually adjust my work hours to make time for your pet and their needs. I can also generally accept same-day bookings, especially for drop in visits or walks. As someone who has worked with animals for several years, I understand that each pet is unique and may require special care and attention. I really love animals and will do my best to care for your pet as you would!

About: I have cared for dogs for a year. I have work experience and have had pets since I was very young. My family currently has two dogs, aged 10 and 17. I have lived my whole life surrounded by dogs and cats and I love animals. I enjoy taking care of them, giving them love, and receiving their love in return I would love to work part-time with animals because they give me energy and joy, and I believe it’s a great part of the day to enjoy time with them. I am very careful and loving with animals, especially when they belong to someone else. You can feel confident that I will take care of them exactly as you ask, with responsibility and affection. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off. I am no able to own pets where I live, so I would love to be able to care for yours. Thank You, Megan I am available multiple days a week to walk and drop-in care for pets. My work schedule changes each week but I am able to scheduled services a week in advance. I would care for a pet at a client's home. I do not have a yard but would be happy to travel to the pet's home to socialize and make sure that they are feeling safe and comfortable.
