I have three cats in Davis, my beautiful perfect angel and her two siblings from my roommate. I’m their primary caretaker so I do the food, supplements, entertainment, and of course litter box. I’ve had medical cases with my cats in the past so I’m comfortable pilling them and giving liquid medication. My cats are pretty shy so it is 1000% okay if you have a cat that will hiss or scratch me, I’ve been there done that :) all cats are capable of no evil to me!

I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding to their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. I like going at the dogs pace on walks whether that be sniffing around a bunch or taking a jog around the neighborhood until they get tired! I used to have a cat that required medication, so I’m familiar with giving pills and liquid meds to cats. I am also used to pilling dogs as I’ve fostered and cared for dogs that have medical needs as well :)

Rachel's open communication was great. She was upfront with her schedule. There was a misunderstanding due to a booking error in my part, but she remained open to adjusting the booking and doing a meet and greet. I have one senior dog that requires medication and kidney diet. Rachel was able to keep meds and feeding up for us during a trip.
Our dog warmed right up to Rachel! We receive lots of photos and updates from her walks and Rachel is very respectful of our space.
Rachel took great care of Archie! She sent updates with pictures every day and ensured he was well taken care of during our vacation. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to take care of their dog!
Rachel was great! Very professional and instantly got along with our cat. This was our first time using Rover and it was a great experience.

Schedule
Currently I work from 7 am to 3:30 pm on weekdays! My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I’m pretty flexible outside of work hours, and I’m usually very easy to contact if need be :) I do not stay overnight in your home, however, I do try my best to keep your pet company until they get sick of me!
