About: When I was 9, I got my first dog, and that is how I started to be interested in being a vet and take care of dogs. I’m a UCD Animal Science student. My class schedule is not very busy other than Thursdays for this quarter, so I will be home most of the time other than that. I have 3 roommates (2 are also Animal Science students) who also loves animals and knows how to take care of them and have experiences with pets. There will usually be at least 1-2 person at home always. We have plenty of space for your pet to run around in the house, and a yard which we can be taking the dog out for potty breaks.

About: I grew up on a farm and have been taking care of pets for family and friends for almost a decade! Including: dogs (big and small), and cats (old and young). I can feed and water your pets, administer medicine, clean up after them, and provide loving attention and play. I currently have 2 precious cats and would treat yours as if they were one of my own. I work part-time, and with advanced noticed I can choose my workdays/work from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I can care for your pets in your home/yard. I’m comfortable with pets that free roam the house/yard as well as with those who need to be crated and let out or taken on walks.

About: I have taken care of dogs for neighbors and friends consistently for the last seven years ranging from feeding and taking them out once a day to staying at their house for multiple weeks caring for large and small dogs. I volunteered at a humane society for three years where I worked mostly with walking, entertaining, and caring for dogs. Because of this I have a lot of experience with dogs of different temperaments and have learned how to get dogs out of sketchy situations with other dogs in public. I am currently working part time from 10am - 2pm on Tue/Thur and have class most evenings. Anytime outside of these times can work with my schedule! I am comfortable walking large dogs in public, keeping an eye on them in a pool or enclosed yard, as well as crating them if required. I have a standard sedan and am comfortable taking dogs to parks for walks as well. If I were to transport dogs I would be willing to take whatever measures to assure the dogs safety in the car, which would be up to the owner.

About: I have been taking care of my two dogs since I was 15 years old, a small Yorkshire poodle and a medium-sized schnauzer mix. Neighbors in my hometown of Los Angeles have also relied on me to care for their dogs and cats when they are away for holiday vacations. My experience includes taking care of a 16-year-old dog named Pasha for several days, as well as caring for multiple cats in different households. This included looking after a pair of cats in one home and administering anxiety medication to another cat over a five-day period. About: I have taken care of my dog (standard poodle) for 10 years from a puppy to his elder years. I trained him. This past year he got sick due to incorrect medication prescription and I nursed him back to health, including tube feeding and administering oral medication. My dog lives back home with my parents in the Bay Area, so dont worry about any interaction if that’s not what you want. About: I am currently a PhD and most of time is spent reading and writing. I have a very flexible schedule. I took a break from Rover over the summer because I traveled extensively for my research so there wasn’t much flexibility in my schedule. If you live over 15 miles away from my home, there will be a surcharge of $5 per day to accommodate for gas. I have cared for and grown up with large breeds of dogs, as well as breeds known to be aggressive. I was 18 when I first dog sat professionally, so I have ten years of experience. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and I appreciate every minute I have with them and all animals. About: My family and I have had various pets since I was little, so any pet you may have won’t be an issue for me! I am most experienced in caring for adult cats and dogs. I am currently a full-time psychology student at UC Davis, but my schedule is open Friday-Sunday! I only ask for one day’s notice for house sitting. At the moment, I live in a college apartment with no backyard, and no pets allowed. So I am unable to care for your pet in my home, but I am willing to travel to you for care!

I have volunteered at Homeward Bound Animal Rescue in the past that has given me the opportunity to walk and interact with animals. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children.
