About: For nearly 20 years, I have owned and cared for pets. I've cared for everything from rats to bunnies, quails to chickens, dogs and cats. I love animals of every kind and would love to spend my summer caring for them. I'm currently on summer break from law school and therefore I have all the time in the world to care for your babies. I am an early riser so if pet care needs to start at 5AM, not a problem. I do a good job of making walks enjoyable for the pups while also being vigilant about their safety. In my home, your dog will have my complete and utter attention. I live with two other very kind, animal-loving UC Davis students and there are no other animals in the house aside from two budgies that remain in my housemate's bedroom.
About: I am a passionate animal lover and obsessed with dogs (and cats)! From pets to dirty work, anything your fur baby needs I'm on it. Of course I'll play with and love on them when you're not around, but I am also happy to do some cleaning to make sure they're safe and sound when you get back home. I can take dogs on long walks, play fetch in the dog park, or give them baths. Litter boxes are no problem, whatever your baby needs! ¡Yo hablo español! I have a lot of schedule flexibility to take care of animals. I have plenty of time throughout the week, and am wide open on weekends and holidays. Feel free to take your trip, work late, or whatever takes you away from home because I got your back. I have a fenced yard at my house and one small dog who plays well with others. I also live close to a park and walk dogs there often. At your house- you set the rules! Wherever you live, I am happy to take your dogs on walks or play fetch with them in your back yard. About: I have taken care of pets for family and friends and my own as well. I have bathed, fed,walked, played and gave medication to pets. Full time SAHM so much free time to care for your furry pets. Please take me into consideration, I am very excited to be able to get to know every fur baby stay inside unless needed to be walked or go play. Each furry friend is watched carefully. About: I have cared for dogs for a year. I have work experience and have had pets since I was very young. My family currently has two dogs, aged 10 and 17. I have lived my whole life surrounded by dogs and cats and I love animals. About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. I also worked with campus goats, pigs, sheep, fish, cattle, and horses—and even fostered cats for the hospital. Now in my 30s, I’m an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I continue to care for friends’ and neighbors’ pets with the same compassion, attention, and responsibility that’s guided me my whole life. I’m certified in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED/First Aid, and have emergency care experience with animals large and small. I’m calm under pressure, reliable, and always communicate clearly—your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'm currently taking a break from teaching, and being a full-time stay-at-home mama to my 2.5 year old daughter. I have plenty of time to care for your furry family member. Please note that at this time, we are seeking families whose pets are comfortable around toddlers and children. I have a fully fenced yard, and a park just around the corner from my house for those whose furry friends enjoy a stretch, walk, or playtime! I am comfortable using a crate, and we have plenty of floor room in the house (carpet and laminate) for them to lay down if they're not crate trained. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. Cats are allowed to wander the house. We are more than happy to put up child gates to keep your furry family member in certain areas of the house if they're prone to getting into things (such as stuffed animals for the kiddos... I mean really, a lot of doggie toys these days look so similar! I'd understand the misconception. lol) We're not afraid to be firm but kind if your family member needs set boundaries.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I have experience owning and caring for dogs since the third grade. I have experience feeding, grooming, bathing, playing, walking, jogging, running, and basic training (sit, stay, down, leave it, paw, high-five, heel, leash training) with dogs and puppies of all ages. About: Hey there! I love animals of all kinds and enjoy spending time with them, I even have a dog of my very own named T’challa. I don’t currently have a job at the moment, so my schedule is completely open until August. I can stop by and see your furry friend anytime! I am open to basically anything. About: I have always been taking care of neighbors dogs and cats whenever they are away on vacation ever since I was young. I also have experience taking care of my own pets making sure they have all the exercise and attention needed. I previously was a vet assistant so am familiar with any medication needs. About: I have been a guest in many homes and am attentive to being respectful and responsible in other peoples homes. I have always had a dog in my life and lived with many animals before. In the past in my younger days did dogsitting. I am an artist and self employed and have a flexible schedule to work and move around. And when needed it is easy for me to stay over and be present for the needs of the house. My yard is fenced and safe to receive dogs, already has one small dog and used to having dogs in the house. I had a very good experience for my dog who is nervous and does not like to be away from me. Alayna followed all my instructions and was flexible with the timings because I was a little unsure how things would unfold. Mowgli did fine with her large dog and I was able to easily communicate and get updates. I would recommend and book again in the future.
Nora is wonderful. We booked her for our pup's first pet sitting experience. Our dog is really bonded to us and needs a lot of attention. We were worried that she might get upset without us and have a bad first sitting experience. Nora was really attentive and did a great job keeping our girl happy, exercised and mentally stimulated. Nora listened to our needs and had a great understanding of how to take care of our dog. i hope this will be the first of many sittings with Nora because she is just the person we need for our dog.
Nicholas really helped me in a pinch. Somebody else had canceled on me and he responded right away and took care of my dog last minute ! Luna was so happy with him and happy to come back to me. I think she had a great time. I didn’t see his home, but he took her to the dog park and for a walk.
