âXingYuan had a positive attitude about caring for Evie. She communicated with us on a regular basis and provided reassuring feedback. Evie appeared very comfortable.â

âAnn E. was a great sitter! I had a day-long event for work and reached out to Ann just a few days ahead to take care of my dog, Beau. She was super accommodating and even let me drop my dog off at 6am. Throughout the day, Ann sent me pictures of Beau looking super happy. She also walked him multiple times and gave me written updates on how Beau was doing. Once I picked him up, he was extremely happy and did not exhibit any characteristics of anxiety. I would gladly have Ann take care of my dog again. I would also recommend Ann for any folks looking for a sitter :)â

About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, Iâve spent decades caring for animals of all kindsâfrom house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. I also worked with campus goats, pigs, sheep, fish, cattle, and horsesâand even fostered cats for the hospital. Now in my 30s, Iâm an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I continue to care for friendsâ and neighborsâ pets with the same compassion, attention, and responsibility thatâs guided me my whole life. Iâm certified in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED/First Aid, and have emergency care experience with animals large and small. Iâm calm under pressure, reliable, and always communicate clearlyâyour petâs safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'm currently taking a break from teaching, and being a full-time stay-at-home mama to my 2.5 year old daughter. I have plenty of time to care for your furry family member. Please note that at this time, we are seeking families whose pets are comfortable around toddlers and children. I have a fully fenced yard, and a park just around the corner from my house for those whose furry friends enjoy a stretch, walk, or playtime! I am comfortable using a crate, and we have plenty of floor room in the house (carpet and laminate) for them to lay down if they're not crate trained. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. Cats are allowed to wander the house. We are more than happy to put up child gates to keep your furry family member in certain areas of the house if they're prone to getting into things (such as stuffed animals for the kiddos... I mean really, a lot of doggie toys these days look so similar! I'd understand the misconception. lol) We're not afraid to be firm but kind if your family member needs set boundaries.

About: Iâve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a small farm where Iâve done things from delivering puppies to piglets, meanwhile caring for everything from cats and ponies to reptiles and frogs. Each pet has their own personality and needs, and I treat them like familyâwhether thatâs giving extra patience to seniors, lots of playtime to energetic pets, or gentle care to the more unique ones. I know how much pets mean to their people, and I promise to give yours the same love and attention I give my own. As a college student, my schedule is very flexible. I only have one or two classes a day, four days a week, and I do most of my studying from home. That means I have plenty of time to give your pet attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. My goal is to create a trusting, happy environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for, whether weâre relaxing at home or enjoying the outdoors together.

Waggner Ranch dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dog Charlie had such a wonderful time staying with Daniela and her family. He had so much fun playing with Sparky, and they quickly became good friends. He played so much that he fell asleep as soon as we got home! Daniela is also very kind and professional. I really appreciate that she accommodated my early drop-off time and took such great care of my dog throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Nicholas really helped me in a pinch. Somebody else had canceled on me and he responded right away and took care of my dog last minute ! Luna was so happy with him and happy to come back to me. I think she had a great time. I didnât see his home, but he took her to the dog park and for a walk.
