I am a student at UC Davis but after lectures I will likely be in the house most of the time if your dog has separation anxiety. I prefer to be a recluse at the house especially since I will be studying for the MCAT with your pups or kitties of course. Yayyy :)

Your dog will be cared for in a secure and welcoming environment. I always allow the doggos/kitties to approach me at their own time and space to ensure we start off at the right foot. For me safety is paramount so even if your dog is social with other dogs or humans on walks I will likely be avoiding approaching to ensure that everyone is safe/happy. I also truly believe that dogs and cats that are social or more high in energy need mental stimulation so I will be providing play time or attention to those furry companions that need so. On the other hand kitties or pups that are more skittish I will respect their personal space and make sure they are receiving the food, time outside, medication or other related needs they may have :)

It’s very important to me to know as much as possible about your pet before caring for them. I like to learn about their daily routines, energy levels, favorite activities, and any specific needs they might have. For example, I’d want to know about their diet, medication schedules, or any allergies. I also ask about their behavior around other animals or new people, as well as any fears or anxieties they might have, like thunderstorms or loud noises. This helps me provide personalized care and ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away.
A typical day
I love spending quality time with dogs and making sure they feel happy and comfortable. I’d engage in activities like playing fetch, going on relaxing or energetic walks depending on their needs. After all the excitement, we’d wind down with some cuddles or just quiet companionship to make sure they feel loved and cared for.

Was a vet tech during my freshmen year at university. To focus on my classes I have been opting to dog/cat sitting and stay with the pets as soon as my lectures are over! I raised my doggo teddy since he was 7 weeks old, he will be 5 in December of 2025 :) Sherpa was also a rather energetic senior, I fostered and took care of until he passed to doggy heaven. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, administer medication, and house their pets since I was a teen. I’m also experienced with caring for senior dogs and keeping up with playful puppies. In regards to medication, I have given dogs eye drops, inhalers, dealt with difficult doggos that don't even want to take medicine in pill pockets. I will be sure to give your dog medicine. On another note I will not be taking your dogs to dog parks anything can occur as there are dogs of various temperaments. Dogs will not be off-leash when being walked and while walking, I tend to avoid people or other dog interactions to maintain safety, regardless of how sweet or kind your dog or the other dogs are. Safety first always! :) Aside from that I will always throw frisbees, toys, and even tustle with overly energetic puppies/dogs in your home/backyard if thats how they like to have fun. A tired dog is a happy dog!

Suhani is such an amazing cat sitter! She took great care of my kittie and medicated him promptly. My cat has a heart condition so it is crucial that he gets his meds on time and I was very nervous to hand him over to a sitter. But Suhani did such a wonderful job at medicating him and giving him lots of love. I am actually booking her for the second time because I am so impressed with her work ethics.

Suhani stayed at my house and took care of my senior dog for 3 days recently. I love the fact that she was very responsible and communicative. She is punctual whenever we scheduled to meet, and let me know when she is expected to arrive at my house on the first day of dog/house-sitting. She texted me daily to keep me informed. My dog, now in his senior years, is prone to overnight accidents. Suhani was very understanding and cleaned up afterwards exactly the way I instructed. My dog was well taken care of, and Suhani left my house in great shape. I highly recommend Suhani and would hire her again.
Suhani was amazing! She watched my two senior dogs for two nights, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I got photo updates every day, which made it so easy to relax while I was away. Both dogs were clearly comfortable and happy with her by the end of our meet and greet. Communication was quick, easy, and proactive the whole time. Came home to happy doggos and a house exactly as I left it. I would book with Suhani again in a heartbeat!
