“Nikki is the best! I get overly nervous leaving my 14 year old dog with someone, but Nikki cares for and loves her like she is her own pet. My dog gets so excited to see Nikki anytime she walks through the door and loves to go on walks with her. When I leave out of town I am more than comfortable knowing my house and pets (she also watches my 2 turtles) are safe with her. I would highly recommend her. Bonus points: she also has a degree working with animals. She's literally educated in animal care! I could not ask for more.”

“Bray has the best interactions with dogs I have ever seen. I have had two dogs that were very territorial to everyone else and would try and bite people, but when they met bray for the first time nothing happened at all. The reason why is because she has tactics to connect with any dog there is. I have seen her with dogs that have a history of biting or being aggressive to others, but when she arrives they act calm and collected. She is also very smart with the dogs with giving out commands. She makes a command to the dog over and over again until the dog gets it right. If you want someone that can bond with a dog immediately and take the best care of them, I would pick her over anyone else.”

About: Other than caring for my own pets my whole life, I have cared for family and friend’s dogs regularly for many years. Since moving away to college, I am looking to connect with new dog parents to continue being that person that families can trust with their loved one. I have experience with many dog breeds and ages, and welcome the challenge of any high demand doggies! I am currently available Fridays, Mondays, and weekends. I have short morning classes on Friday and Monday but other than that am very available for overnight/day care. For drop-ins and walking services I am also available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays before, in-between, or after classes. When staying in someone’s home, I make sure to be beyond respectful of the house and its belongings, as well as any given rules or instructions.

About: I am currently a UC Davis vet student and have previously worked as a vet tech. I also work part time training the vet school’s teaching colony dogs. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and health statuses. Available during week and weekends! I have a flexible school schedule and I do not have any other job commitments. I also have availability during the work day. Your pet’s safety is my top priority and I will ensure they are under direct supervision. As a vet student, I am cautious of their health and safety at all times. I am also CPR certified for dogs and cats.

About: With over 20 years of dedicated pet experience, I have developed a deep understanding and profound love for animals of all kinds. My journey began with adopting my first dog, a lively mixed breed, which ignited my passion for animal welfare. Over the years, my home has been a sanctuary for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles (upon occasion). I work from home most of the week, so I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of other working professionals that are looking for a reliable, passionate pet sitter to take their fur babies on walks (or runs) while keeping them within their familiar environment. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to welcome any pets in my house. I have fur babies of my own that I do not wish to upset their home life.
