I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. I am a nurse in Davis and my wife works from home which allows for flexibility throughout the day. We stay pretty scheduled but have the availability to cater to our dogs needs! We have a fully fenced yard with a friendly lab. We love being outside and going for walks in west Davis. Since we used to have 2 dogs we are familiar with leash safety and navigating other dogs on walks.

About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off. About: I have owned a few dogs in my lifetime and as of 5 years ago I started caring for my neighbors’ dogs all throughout Davis! I typically stay the night and give them playtime in the backyard or walks.. whatever is needed, I’m there. I have experience with administering oral medication to dogs. About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I could remember. I have experience with bathing dogs who get exited or like to jump around. I also have experience administering medications or flea treatments to animals. I’m also familiar with nail care which I do to my own animals monthly. About: I had a golden retriver for 15 years, he was very much loved and well taken care of. I currently have one small rescue dog who is really spoiled and is living his best life, and a puppy golden girl who loves to play and cuddle(they live at my parents house since I’m away for college). For all 3 of my dogs I potty trained them, went on walks with them, bathed them regularly and was/still am aware of their needs and wants. I am currently enrolled at UC Davis but I have availability to take doggies in afternoon walks or dog sit them at my house for the night! I am currently living in a pet friendly apartment, pets would be allowed on my couch and bed. I would also clean them regularly and make sure they get enough treats!
