Keiki and her son Sunny were fabulous. They came over before hand to meet us and our pup, Cinnamon. This helped us and Cinnamon feel at ease. Sunny had a great way with Cinnamon. During our trip, Sunny checked in with us via text and sent us pics of Cinnamon. We so appreciated the care he gave and attention he gave to Cinnamon.
Kiera was so amazing with our pup. We have only ever left him with family, but she made sure he was very happy, well walked, and loved while we were away. She stayed in our home and we felt very comfortable having her there. We appreciate how she sent us daily updates and stuck to Ozzy’s routine. We would highly recommend!
This is our first time using Rover and Shard could not have been a better fit for us. We were nervous because our pup is leash and dog reactive, but Shard took all of her quirks in stride and we were never worried about his ability to work with her. An obvious bonus were the happy Riley photos we received while we were away. We're excited to continue to work with Shard for any future needs!
