About: Great to meet you! I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals (dogs especially). To fulfill my wish to have a pet, I began volunteering at a local animal shelter and would frequently visit just to spend time with some of the animals and give them some love. There, I was able to learn how to better care for our furry friends, both elderly and young. Being able to play with them was just a bonus for me! While your dog is with me they will have access to a big fenced yard to play in and enjoy. If you'd prefer them to stay in their natural environment, that's fine too! Whatever makes them most comfortable, I'm happy to provide. Every pet's needs & wants are different, which I take the time to acknowledge when caring for them. I love to start our mornings off with a nice hike or walk at my nearby beach, typically about 2 miles. The afternoons will do a shorter walk and have some outdoor playtime. While boarding, they will have access to roam and play about in a fenced in yard under my supervision. Rest assured, I will take care of your babies as if they were my own. Claudia was flexible about scheduling and met with me due to a last minute change in my travel plans wherein I could not take my dog with me. That in itself was a game changer. An added bonus was that my dog bonded with her almost instantly. My girl is usually very protective of our home but Claudia was great with her. Even my cat, who is extremely timid and usually hides until new people are gone, came out to check Claudia out which speaks volumes about her caring connection with animals. Claudia sent me wonderful photos daily of her outings with my dog, who looked very happy, giving me such peace of mind. Claudia is a very good communicator, making sure of my return date, where to leave the keys, and feeding schedules. She is trustworthy and all was in order when I returned. I was so pleased with her service.
Heather and Christopher were absolutely wonderful with our dog while we were traveling. They were communicative, took excellent care of our dog, and kept us in the loop while we were away about how Scamp was doing during the drop in visits. They worked with our scheduling needs without hesitation. Couldn't give a more positive review and we would unhesitatingly book them in the future.
