About: i worked at a dog daycare for a few years while my dog was a puppy and i loved it so much! i love animals and love connecting with them. i appriciate this app so much bc i myself used to have a full time job that needed me to need pet sitters for my job.. i always got such amazing people to come take care of drax & rocket. i want others to feel the same with me as i take care of theirs! i want to transition into dog walking full time! so as i am part time at my job i have alot of open time to help others! i will follow owners instructions on what the animals can and can’t do! i will prioritize mental stimulation as well as exercise to make sure they are exerting all their energy in their time with me so they can sleep the times we / their owners are apart!

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have loved every minute of their companionship. When I went to college I adopted two kittens and since then have gotten a third. About: I had a dog since I was in 2nd grade, for around 15 years. I have experience in young puppy care and senior dog care. Just getting into the Rover business, but eager of learn and would love to help! So I’m currently a 3rd Resident Physician at the hospital, so I do have more time on weekends to do sit ins and walks. I miss having a dog and taking care of one so this is my way to give back! I also can do late night sit ins or walks after my shift which usually ends at 630pm. I have an apartment with a doggy park and a pet cleaning and bathing area. The doggy park is fenced with toys and water. I’m great at following instructions and will take great caution and care in others home.
“Katherine was amazing, especially with my senior dog! She gave him his medication at the correct time, took him on lots of walks, and dealt with his separation anxiety well. I could tell she really cared and that they both enjoyed each other's company. She sent tons of cute pictures! She also did a great job of feeding my cat, who predictably decided to hide every time Katherine visited. But she wasn't alarmed by the lack of cat sightings and just reported on her feedings and how much food she had eaten between visits. I would definitely hire Katherine to petsit again! About: I've looked after animals since I was a kid. I love cats and dogs alike and would look after them for loved ones and neighbors. I have a flexible schedule right now. I am currently looking for a more stable job but I have lots of experience working with animals and I know how to handle them with respect and safety. I like to visit the dogs in there own homes and take them for walks. I let to dog tell me what they need usually depending on energy levels. If they have a lot of energy I'll take them out longer or if they don't want to move I would take them as long as it took for them to relieve themselves and then I will engage them in play.

Heather and Christopher were absolutely wonderful with our dog while we were traveling. They were communicative, took excellent care of our dog, and kept us in the loop while we were away about how Scamp was doing during the drop in visits.
