I work at a small design studio in the heart of East Rock. I am currently welcoming clients based in East Rock and the immediate surrounding neighborhoods for drop-ins and/or walks. Monday through Friday, I am available before 9am and in the evenings after 6pm. I have the most availability on weekends. At this time, I am unable to take on new overnight housesitting and boarding clients. In-home care can be booked at drop-in rate pricing.

I am happy to follow instructions that work best for the needs of your pet. I always tune into animal body language, so if they appear stressed, I will give them a break until they are ready. I always supervise dogs outdoors, and keep them leashed unless in a fully enclosed area.

I would also appreciate knowing if your pet has unique signals for bathroom needs, when they may be reactive, etc. If there are any changes to discussed care between the booking request and start date, such as new medications, recent surgeries, and/or revised pick-up and drop-off requests, please let me know as soon as possible so I can accommodate your specific needs. I am very active and enjoy both leisurely walks and long trail jogs—I would love to have a furry companion to explore the neighborhood and East Rock Park with.

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since high school, and volunteered at Stray Rescue in St. Louis as a dog walker for their pit bull mixes. I have experience caring for hedgehogs, small birds, rabbits, and tortoises! I love every pet like they are my own and can’t wait to meet yours.
