Phoenix went absolutely above and beyond for this job. I hired him to care for three stray cats living outdoors during cold weather, and he was incredibly reliable & professional. We could not have asked for a better sitter. Phoenix went above and beyond in every possible way. He stayed with our cats for a full week over the holidays, even trudging through snow to make sure they were cared for and loved. Although we booked 30-minute visits, he often stayed for a full hour just to give our cats extra attention, playtime, and comfort. On top of that, Phoenix handled everything with total grace, including cleaning up cat vomit without hesitation. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cats were in such kind, reliable, and genuinely caring hands. Phoenix treated our cats like his own, and it truly showed. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him and would book again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
